"Okay, I am going to give this place the review it deserves, because it is wonderful. Yet I hesitated to reserve it because it doesn't have recent reviews. Well, now it will! Stayed at this condo for four nights with our family of five just this past week. The owner was great about responding to questions we had both before and after booking. This unit is on the second floor and just above the pool, but it's insulated well enough that the pool noise, which was not bad anyway, was never an issue. From the moment we unlocked the door and walked in, we faced a glittering, blue ocean view which ran the entire length of the living room and master bedroom. Since the living and kitchen area is open (and feels really spacious, too), that gorgeous view was always right there. The condo is beautifully decorated but very kid-friendly. There are two full bedrooms, as well as bunks in the dining room closet (like a lot of the condos there have--kids loved that part!) and a sleeper sofa. The bathrooms are very spacious, especially the master bath. It is huge. The bedding was very nice, and there were plenty of extra blankets, as well as plenty of towels and washcloths, and dish towels and pot holders in the kitchen. Everything was clean, and the kitchen had all the pots and pans and utensils I needed throughout our stay. The dishwasher and washer and dryer were great to have! Treasure Island is located down at the east end of Panama City Beach, so we were able to step out on the beach and walk down to St. Andrews State Park. The beach in front of this building was never overcrowded during our stay, and the staff around the pool and beach were very courteous. I loved that when I came in to fix a meal or relax, I could still see my husband and kids on the beach or in the water from our condo. Each unit has one reserved parking space, which is not far from the elevators, and we never waited very long to get an elevator. This unit is in a great location, not far from the elevator and near the trash chute, too, which made that chore less of a chore. I began each day with my breakfast and a fresh cup of coffee on the deck, with an ocean sunrise before me. Anywhere we wanted to go was within about two minutes driving, including the marina and Winn Dixie and Publix, and traffic was never bad. I'll finish with this....there was nothing negative about our stay, and while it was great to see home, this place was hard to leave! This condo earns five stars!!"
