  • Would stay again.

"Great accommodations at Treasure Island. Very convenient location to get to restaurants and grocery store. This unit is on 2nd floor and above the pool. I was skeptical of this but it was nice. Only complaint was the patio furniture was not very comfortable so we could gaze at the ocean. Otherwise all was very nice."

  • Great House, Great Vacation!

"Stayed August 6-11, 2016 with 4 adults and 3 dogs. We usually come to PCB in a group of 30; my sisters and all our families. But this year, my daughter was unable to be off from grad school when the rest of the family wanted to travel, so for this trip it was just my daughter, her boyfriend, me and my husband. Since the rest of the family couldn't come, we wanted to bring our dogs, since they have never gone with us to the beach. I can't say enough about the house. It is very nice, clean and has everything needed for a beach vacation. I am an infection control nurse, and so am a bit over the top about cleanliness, and the house was fresh and I didn't feel the need to go over everything with Lysol wipes like I do when we stay at Edgewater Beach Resort, which is where we usually stay. All the bedrooms are their own little sanctuary, with tv, ceiling fans and attention to decor. The master on the first floor was perfect for my husband and I who travel with too much stuff to haul up stairs! The master shower is great, and the walk in closet has plenty of room for clothes and suitcases. The house is full of books, and so is my idea of heaven! The pool is perfect and the area is safely fenced so my dogs could sit with me in the shade while my daughter and BF lounged in the sun. Not that we saw much sun while we were there; it rained everyday, but we did have one beach/pool day, so I can't complain. We enjoyed chilling around the house, watching the Olympics, reading and surfing the web. We shopped at Pier Park, saw a movie, cuddled our dogs, and had great meals out every night. Wednesday night, my daughter and her BF met up with her college roomie in Destin, so my husband and I went to Fireflys, at Jan's suggestion. It is a lovely restaurant with wonderful service. After the meal, we took the golf cart to the beach to see the huge waves. It was a double red flag day, and we'd never seen the ocean so churned up. Very exciting, but a hard day for officials who pulled lots of people out of the water who apparently thought they could ignore the no swimming flags. I brought chairs for the beach, which were not needed, as the house has a ton of chairs, toys, floats and a beach wagon to take them to the beach. Jan was so easy to work with and so gracious. I hope we can return soon to her awesome beach house. She has obviously furnished it with much love and care, and takes pains to ensure the property is kept up. Highly recommend!"

  • Great Location!

"The condo was bigger than I thought it would be and it was right on the beach. Could not believe the view from the balcony - spent a lot of time out there. The pool and landscape was beautiful and staff friendly! WE will go back."
