  • Cleanest condo we have ever rented!

"We have stayed at many condos all over PCB and this is by far the cleanest that we have ever rented. It is very beautifully decorated. The pictures do not do it justice. We had never stayed so low as the 2nd floor before. We usually like to get a 5th to 7th floor so we can see more of the beach and ocean. It was still a good view of both! We were also concerned about being so close to the pool and had read all the other reviews stating that noise was not a problem. But we did hear the gate that leads to the pool and beach access start slamming very early each morning since it is directly below the condo. This is truly the only negative of this condo. The owners responded very quickly to our emails and were very nice on the phone. We also loved having the beach chairs included in the price of the rental."

  • The Craigs - Georgia

"Marilyn, what can I say - My family and I have been renting condos in PCB since about 1990 (Edgewater, Edgewater Golf Villas, Long Beach, and others, as well as other units in TI), and Unit 211 at Treasure Island is one of the best units we have ever rented. The overview of the unit is spot on, and the pictures actually do not do the unit justice. It is so nice - the kitchen is furnished to the max with the little things that you don't have to bring from home or go to Wal-Mart and buy after you arrive (I didn't expect that and thank you very much), the beds were comfortable, having a full-size washer and dryer was great, the beach umbrella was a god send, the keyless entry was wonderful, the covered parking was great, 2nd floor location was fabulous. The only thing we could see that could be improved upon was the water pressure in the master double shower. You did, however, tell me about that before we rented the unit. Since we have been coming to PCB for so long, we have come to love certain restaurants and we patronize them on every visit (Salt Water Grill, Shuckums, Pier Park and others), TI is a little out of the way for things in the Front Beach Road area, but staying at TI is still worth the drive to all these places. We did have a little hiccup when we arrived - the unit had not been cleaned, and it took 3-4 hours to get the cleaning service there and clean the unit - that was somewhat of an inconvenience to start with not being able to get into your unit after a 6 hour drive, and we didn't get to go to the beach as soon as we arrived like we always do - my daughter was very disappointed about that. Marilyn, I appreciate the fact that you made the rental process very easy, and that fact that you were always available whenever I called you. I don't know what else to say except: "God Willing - we will see you next year, if not before."

  • Renewed trip to Treasure Island at Panama City Beach

"We did all our preparations for the rental online and arrived after the office had closed. We have stayed many times at Treasure Island in various condos. I was glad to see that the carpeting throughout had been changed out to simulated wood flooring. I would have been nice to have had a broom to go along with the dustpan in the utility closet to do a little sweeping while there. The ice maker didn't work and we didn't want to be interrupted by a workman so it was just reported and we purchased ice and kept it in the refrigerator. Someone had broken the catch on the refrigerator that keeps it from swinging out too far. Again reported. The stand alone chair in the living room area needs replacing. You fall into it and then have difficulty getting out. We finally figured out the main TV with the three controllers. I've never dealt with a ROKU setup on a TV. TV's in the bedrooms were great. These were all just little inconveniences. The main problem was that the bed in the guest bedroom was not connected to the headboard which was connected to the wall. Since the bed frame was on casters, the bed would drift away from the wall during the night and pillows would then fall to the floor. This really does need fixing and it would only be a minor fix. We did really enjoy staying here and the views from the balcony were spectacular. Would like to come back when a little cooler. The 8th floor is probably the nicest for views of the beach and Gulf without being too dizzy."
