  • Great Stay and Great Management!

"We stayed from July 30-August 6 with two other couples (total adults-6 and kids-4) and the view of the ocean and the condo was excellent. Well equipped and everything worked great. After a few weeks of checking out I realized I have left some sentimental items in the room. Thankfully, the housekeeping found it and kept it safe for me!!! She even mailed it to me at no cost. I greatly appreciate it! Super thankful for honest and trustworthy management. Will tell anyone planning on visiting Panama to stay here!"

  • Renewed trip to Treasure Island at Panama City Beach

"We did all our preparations for the rental online and arrived after the office had closed. We have stayed many times at Treasure Island in various condos. I was glad to see that the carpeting throughout had been changed out to simulated wood flooring. I would have been nice to have had a broom to go along with the dustpan in the utility closet to do a little sweeping while there. The ice maker didn't work and we didn't want to be interrupted by a workman so it was just reported and we purchased ice and kept it in the refrigerator. Someone had broken the catch on the refrigerator that keeps it from swinging out too far. Again reported. The stand alone chair in the living room area needs replacing. You fall into it and then have difficulty getting out. We finally figured out the main TV with the three controllers. I've never dealt with a ROKU setup on a TV. TV's in the bedrooms were great. These were all just little inconveniences. The main problem was that the bed in the guest bedroom was not connected to the headboard which was connected to the wall. Since the bed frame was on casters, the bed would drift away from the wall during the night and pillows would then fall to the floor. This really does need fixing and it would only be a minor fix. We did really enjoy staying here and the views from the balcony were spectacular. Would like to come back when a little cooler. The 8th floor is probably the nicest for views of the beach and Gulf without being too dizzy."

  • Beautiful views, excellent location, wonderful place to stay!

"Okay, I am going to give this place the review it deserves, because it is wonderful. Yet I hesitated to reserve it because it doesn't have recent reviews. Well, now it will! Stayed at this condo for four nights with our family of five just this past week. The owner was great about responding to questions we had both before and after booking. This unit is on the second floor and just above the pool, but it's insulated well enough that the pool noise, which was not bad anyway, was never an issue. From the moment we unlocked the door and walked in, we faced a glittering, blue ocean view which ran the entire length of the living room and master bedroom. Since the living and kitchen area is open (and feels really spacious, too), that gorgeous view was always right there. The condo is beautifully decorated but very kid-friendly. There are two full bedrooms, as well as bunks in the dining room closet (like a lot of the condos there have--kids loved that part!) and a sleeper sofa. The bathrooms are very spacious, especially the master bath. It is huge. The bedding was very nice, and there were plenty of extra blankets, as well as plenty of towels and washcloths, and dish towels and pot holders in the kitchen. Everything was clean, and the kitchen had all the pots and pans and utensils I needed throughout our stay. The dishwasher and washer and dryer were great to have! Treasure Island is located down at the east end of Panama City Beach, so we were able to step out on the beach and walk down to St. Andrews State Park. The beach in front of this building was never overcrowded during our stay, and the staff around the pool and beach were very courteous. I loved that when I came in to fix a meal or relax, I could still see my husband and kids on the beach or in the water from our condo. Each unit has one reserved parking space, which is not far from the elevators, and we never waited very long to get an elevator. This unit is in a great location, not far from the elevator and near the trash chute, too, which made that chore less of a chore. I began each day with my breakfast and a fresh cup of coffee on the deck, with an ocean sunrise before me. Anywhere we wanted to go was within about two minutes driving, including the marina and Winn Dixie and Publix, and traffic was never bad. I'll finish with this....there was nothing negative about our stay, and while it was great to see home, this place was hard to leave! This condo earns five stars!!"

  • Best vacation ever!!!!

"This was our 4th time coming to PCB and our 3rd time staying at Treasure Island. This was the first time staying in unit 2208. I will say this was by far our best vacation ever. When I chose 4th of July week I really had no idea what we were getting ourselves into since we always took our vacation the last week of July or the first week of August. I do have to say this was the best 4th of July ever. Watching the fireworks from the 22nd floor was absolutely beautiful. Our condo unit was tastefully decorated, 2 bedrooms which the beds were amazing and the balcony was wonderful with an absolutely beautiful view. Plenty of chairs for everyone to enjoy. You could clearly tell the owners care for their unit and we are very fortunate that we rented it. It's comfortable, quiet, and all the amenities you would need. We definitely enjoyed the beach chairs that was provided for us for the week. We also loved our reserved parking place. We love being on the quiet end of town. Less traffic but so much to do. The staff at Treasure Island were all so friendly. And working with Elise was such a pleasure. She answered all my questions and even provided me a list of restaurants to try. We received our damage deposit back in less than a week. We will definitely be staying at Treasure Island again and we will definitely be staying in this condo unit. Thank you Elise and Stick for sharing your condo with us."
