  • Gated, Clean, away from the normal PCB croud.

"9th floor offers a great view of the ocean. Having a balcony on both sides of the building is a plus. Sunrise on one side and sunset on the other. This is a 2 floor style apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs, a master with on sweet, living room, kitchen and laundry on the 1st floor of the apartment. Overall very clean and well maintained. Had a great time even though they cancelled Gulf Coast Jam. Lots of amenities in the building and right on the beach to boot."

  • Newly renovated

"We have been staying in this condo for several years now. Recent renovations were completed in late 2016 and make this condo look and feel fresh and updated. New carpet in bedrooms, tray ceilings in kitchen and dining area, fresh paint, crown molding, king bed in master, popcorn ceilings removed, closet in second queen bedroom converted to accommodate added daybed, and new closet doors in master are all new additions to previously updated areas. There is a new 59" Samsung Smart flat screen TV in the living room and there are smaller flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. These improvements make for a very pleasant stay. The views from the living room face the ocean east towards Pier Park offering spectacular sunrises. During holidays, fireworks can be seen from the main floor balcony. The view from the master balcony faces lake Powell which is almost as beautiful as viewing the ocean. The condo is well stocked with comfortable furniture, plenty of kitchen utensils and small appliances (toaster, blender, crock pot, coffee maker, hand mixer, microwave), towels and bed linens, and usually has enough paper products and soaps to "get you started". The condo has always been very CLEAN every time we have stayed. It is situated on the PH level (top floor) which means a quiet bedroom with no footstep noises above you! The owners are eager to please and are available for any concerns that may arise during your stay. They are "locals" so are close by should they be needed. We highly recommend staying in this "quality unit"."

  • Last minute family trip!!

"We had a wonderful experience this year at Pinnale Port! This condo is in a great location. With this unit being in the Midrise building B (not tower), it is very easy to get to the beach!! The owner was great to work with!!! I would definitely recommend this condo!!"

  • Great place to get away!

"Loved the property at Pinnacle Port! The 2 level condo concept is great, having the bed rooms up stairs allows for night owls to continue their fun, while early birds get a comfortable night's rest. The unit we stayed in was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The fold out couch was comfortable for my young teenagers, and the master bedroom bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The bathrooms are well decorated and stocked, but could use updating in the future. I heard some complaints of other units having issue with no hot water, but we did not have this issue. We never had a problem even with 6 people showering. The views are breathtaking from this unit. One side you have ocean views above the pool, the other view is the lovely inlet fed lake. (Which you are free to fish). Pinnacle Port offers the best of both worlds, with a gated entry, quiet non crowded beach it's a great family friendly place, yet shopping and entertainment is just a short trip away in Panama City Beach. We will be back!!!"
