"I have been coming to Pinnacle Port for years. I keep coming back because the beach is beautiful and the condos are great. I have never been disappointed. Family friendly and uncrowded beaches. Great place to relax and forget the world."

  • AMAZING CONDO AND LOCATION

"We stayed for 7 nights. We loved the condo, the location, the properties...Everything in the condo was perfect. I loved the decor. Condo included comfy couches, large walk-in shower (great for rinsing the sand off), washer & dryer, 4 big chairs on the balcony, 2 king beds were really comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen had everything you would need to cook. The property includes a grill area with picnic tables, playground with sand, a small pool outdoors, a large pool indoor and outdoors, the lake area with kayaks and boat access. All the buildings have a shower and hose to rinse off, it was on the opposite side of the building as the condo, just a little extra walking for us. Our 2 boys loved the sand, it was powder soft and didn't get that hot. We found tons of shells, yet the sand is still super fine and soft. We saw several sting rays in the water, crabs and small fish. There are plenty of seagulls, pelicans, and herons to watch. There are a lot of ghost crabs in the sand, its fun to go out at sunset with flashlights and find all the ghost crabs. There are sandbars in the water that are great for kids, sometimes they'll create little pools of water, also perfect for kids. We loved that the condo was away from the busy city area, where there are plenty of people who are there to party... You are close enough to 30A to visit any of the public beaches there or enjoy their restaurants. The building has the best view, no buildings! Plus the unit is on the end, away from the elevator. Some of the beach was blocked off for nesting. We saw a sea turtle nest. We saw dolphins several times, some were really really close to the shore. Sometimes the lake water comes out and makes the gulf brown for awhile, sometimes it would be for just a few hours. Some days the water is very calm and sometimes there are more waves. At the end of our stay there was seaweed for 2 days, we went down and enjoyed the public beach by Pineapple Willys, the water was crystal clear! Even with the seaweed and any water issues, we loved this, and would return here again and again."

  • Paradise

"We have vacationed at this location for the past several years. We had the opportunity to stay in this unit this year. I have to say it did not disappoint at all! The owner was a pleasure to work with and such a pleasant experience. The unit was very nicely decorated, even given me some ideas for my home. The layout was great for my mother, son and I. The "nook" in the Living Room turned into my sons favorite place in the evenings to relax from the beach and pool. The beds were very comfortable and the two balconies view were breath taking. Thank you for sharing your unit and helping us make perfect memories."

  • Fun, Fun, Fun!!!

"There were five sisters all from different states and our 94 year old mother who rented Mickie and Steve’s beautiful and spacious condo. Location, Location, Location! Third floor condo with a balcony on two sides that looked onto the emerald-colored Gulf. The elevator was very handy and the walk to the beach took less than a minute. Will was the beach chair and umbrella rental guy, who was so friendly and accommodating. The sunsets and moon-lit walks on the beach were outstanding. The local dolphins kept us entertained and the passing of what they think was a whale shark was exciting. The condo was clean with new towels and bedding, as well as a generously-stocked, newly remodeled kitchen. Never heard the neighbors. It was quiet except for the soothing sound of the crashing waves. Pinnacle Port had all the equipment to enjoy shuffleboard, bocce ball, tennis, basketball, kayaking, etc. The resort pools were clean and refreshing. Everyone was so friendly. Our bike ride from Rosemary Beach to Seaside was a nice change from basking in the sun. Thank you again Mickie for helping to make this reunion with a mom and her five daughters so memorable. Our visit was way too short and we plan to return."
