  • Great, Comfortable Place to Stay

"We loved the place! It was nice to be able to use the owner's umbrellas, chairs, and beach toys. Everything was clean and working. The outdoor shower and screened porch were great! It was so nice to come back from the beach and shower outside before going in the house. The location is great. It is not far from grocery stores. The beach was nice and a quiet place away from all the high rises and crowds. I highly recommend this rental house. The owners are nice and easy to work with!"

  • THE place to vacation!

"This was the second time we've stayed in one of Lisa's condos .... because of her great service and properties, we hope to keep coming back! We don't leave the beach condo much, except for some shopping. Lisa's condos allow us to cook-in, enjoy the private balcony in the mornings watching the Gulf and the eves watching the sunset, step onto the clean, uncrowded beach for the day, and get a quiet nights rest listening to the waves! C3 is the building to stay in at Pinnacle Port because the undeveloped land next to building makes it feel like a private beach. Lots of parking, large charcoal grilling shelter with tables. Short walk to small pool and short walk to large pool/deck near the Tower condos. This top floor condo is awesome: fully-stocked (and I mean FULLY) kitchen with lots of counter space for cooking and enjoying meals in the condo. Dining table seating 6 comfortably. Living room allows you to look out wall length window and sliding glass doors to balcony and the Gulf. Private Balcony faces the west for beautiful sunsets. Master bedroom has lots of storage, a comfortable king bed and large window facing the beach. Master bath has long, 2-sink counter/mirror, large shower (with a tall shower head!), water pressure is decent and lots of hot water!!! Second bedroom has large closet, dresser and window facing the back of the condo that overlooks the bay. It’s bathroom has full sized tub/shower and large vanity. Small utility room with storage and small washer/dryer: both worked well. AC was excellent. Cell phone reception was good, WIFI signal was good with average speed. The elevator works fine, and when there is a problem it is fixed fast!"

  • We Liked It!

"We found this house to be spacious and true to the pictures. We stayed for the month of February and while we couldn't use the unheated pool, there was a beautiful large deck with patio tables and chairs and we enjoyed sitting out there on the warmer sunny winter days. The house had everything we needed to get by for the month. The master bedroom and bath is separate from the other bedrooms and bath. We had no reason to call Tony for maintenance, but he did offer his assistance about PCB upon our arrival and told us to call if we needed anything or had questions. Public beach access only half block away. Several grocery stores in the area to choose from for cooking at home and plenty of restaurants to eat out. A few of our favorites are: Dat Cajun Place - good food and music, only 3 blocks; Patches a mile and a half to the east - good food and music; Triple J steakhouse, and Bayou on the Beach - if you like oysters and the blackened shrimp and grits are the best - good music, too. Get there early to get a good seat! A new Mexican restaurant opened up just before we left for home, but we gave it a try and liked what we had. It's within walking distance - just about a block away on Thomas Drive. The house is only half block off Thomas Drive and is easy to find. We enjoyed the Farmer's Market a couple of times while there -- it was held on Saturday and Sunday's near the marina. PCB still a great place to visit in the winter - not as busy as summer - but yet restaurants fill up! We got to meet the owners before we rented last year. Good People! Had a quick response from them this year as we booked again. Looking forward to PCB again this winter. Thanks Gary!"
