  • Great House

"We had a blast. Literally not that many steps to the beach. Perfect location. Plenty of room, plenty of beds and places to sit in and around the table and living room for a gathering. The pool was a great benefit. Clean and refreshing. Perfect for a bunch of guys! Everything was clean, kitchen was great and having a 2 car garage helped with organization and cleaning from the beach. We will stay again"

  • Our 2nd home

"We love this place. Every time we go here, it feels like we are right at home. The condo has plenty of room for a larger family and 3 full bathrooms comes in handy. Besides feeling at home inside the condo, from the pool on down to the beach, everyone we have encountered including the other home owners have been so friendly adding even more to the at home even though you are on vacation experience. There is so much to do within walking distance for all ages from go-karts on down to the pcb slingshot on down to night time entertainment for the adults. Just a short drive to St Andrews and you can check out the jetty area. We tend to stay out of the Pier Park area but its nice to have the option if she wanted to hit the mall area. As far as food goes, again within walking distance a bit of everything from Dat Cajun Place on down to Hershey's ice cream, Hammerhead Fred or even fast food like Wendy's. It's not often your vacation place feels like home. The owners try their hardest to make sure everyone feels at home. I can't imagine going to any other place in this area."

  • Absolutely perfect!

"Townhouse was clean and smelled good when we arrived! No checking in with a realty office, simply put the code in the door and move in. Super easy access to the beach and nice deck for morning coffee watching the waves. Well stocked dishes/pots/pans in the kitchen and nicely decorated. Thanks for allowing us to use your great townhouse, we all had an awesome time! Even though we Bama girls had to look at Auburn decor everyday!😉"

  • Lovely condo!

"My family and I really enjoyed his lovely condo. It was very clean and as described in the listing and the pictures. I think what I liked most is that the master bedroom faced the gulf and had its own sliding doors out to the balcony and the king size bed was so comfy! We've stayed in other one BR condos and the master was always in the back. The bunk room was especially nice for my 15 year old daughter and her friend. They liked the privacy that it provided and having their own attached bathroom. The bunk room has two drawers and a small closet so plenty of storage to unpack clothes and store suitcases. Plenty of towels and washcloths were provided. The kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't do a lot of cooking though, just breakfast and a light lunch. We rented beach chairs and just a word of advise, rent them the day prior to going to the beach. You will avoid standing in the long line at 7:00 am plus you can request the front row. Another word of advise, as others have mentioned, the elevators are slow so when you have a chance to get on one, get on whether it's going up or down. At times we waited 10-15 minutes, but once you get on its pretty quick getting to the floor you need. We spent several evenings at Pier Park shopping and strolling. It's always a hit with teenagers. Nearby restaurants that we enjoyed were The Back Porch and Boondocks. We had one rainy day so on a recommendation we drove to Fort Walton and ate at the Magnolia House. What a great find! We will definitely go there again. The food was great and it was such a neat place. Another evening we went to our favorite place, the Red Bar in Grayton Beach. The food is amazing, the music was outstanding and always a fun atmosphere. I highly recommend. We spent one whole day visiting the towns along 30-A. Seaside and Santa Rosa are my favorites. If you have a chance, go! You won't be disappointed. All in all we had a wonderful time. I would recommend this property and Connie was so easy to work with. She always responded quickly to any questions I had."
