"The property was great. We did not have hot water and internet when we checked in but was quickly resolved after texting the owner. Very responsive. Loved
the pool, and the access to beach, McD and other restaurants close by.
However, while cleaning up, we found a few roaches in the living room furniture. Please throw away those couches/bed."

"My family and I really enjoyed his lovely condo. It was very clean and as described in the listing and the pictures. I think what I liked most is that the master bedroom faced the gulf and had its own sliding doors out to the balcony and the king size bed was so comfy! We've stayed in other one BR condos and the master was always in the back. The bunk room was especially nice for my 15 year old daughter and her friend. They liked the privacy that it provided and having their own attached bathroom. The bunk room has two drawers and a small closet so plenty of storage to unpack clothes and store suitcases. Plenty of towels and washcloths were provided. The kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't do a lot of cooking though, just breakfast and a light lunch. We rented beach chairs and just a word of advise, rent them the day prior to going to the beach. You will avoid standing in the long line at 7:00 am plus you can request the front row. Another word of advise, as others have mentioned, the elevators are slow so when you have a chance to get on one, get on whether it's going up or down. At times we waited 10-15 minutes, but once you get on its pretty quick getting to the floor you need. We spent several evenings at Pier Park shopping and strolling. It's always a hit with teenagers. Nearby restaurants that we enjoyed were The Back Porch and Boondocks. We had one rainy day so on a recommendation we drove to Fort Walton and ate at the Magnolia House. What a great find! We will definitely go there again. The food was great and it was such a neat place. Another evening we went to our favorite place, the Red Bar in Grayton Beach. The food is amazing, the music was outstanding and always a fun atmosphere. I highly recommend. We spent one whole day visiting the towns along 30-A. Seaside and Santa Rosa are my favorites. If you have a chance, go! You won't be disappointed. All in all we had a wonderful time. I would recommend this property and Connie was so easy to work with. She always responded quickly to any questions I had."

"This was a wonderful home for our family vacation. With 10 adults and 4 children ages 7 months to 5 years, there was plenty of room for everyone. The open downstairs floor plan allowed for lots of family time even during meal preparation. The large outdoor deck area gave us plenty of room to spread out and the two dining tables made dining outdoors a pleasure. Having the beach right out the back door was so convenient, especially with the little ones. The pool was perfect for the children (and adults) to take a break from the beach and cool off. Also no unruly children running over the top of our children.
The owners were great. We had many questions and they were always very responsive. During our stay the microwave died - no problem! We had a new microwave installed very quickly.
For a vacation with a large family, this is definitely a great place."
