  • Birch Tower Gem

"We have stayed at this apartment for the past 3 years. It is fully equipped, and has a bright and airy living/dining/kitchen open concept area. It is within walking distance to the beach (one block), Publix, Galleria Mall, Water Taxi and many fabulous restaurants along the A1A. Short drive to Las Olas restaurant area and Commercial Blvd. Rob is very responsive when booking the rental and usually meets us upon arrival and/or departure. It is always a pleasure to meet up with Rob. The Birch is our home away from home."

  • Nice for beach, but

"A wonderful tucked-away location in a quiet neighborhood one house away from the beach---a beautiful beach without too many people on it---yet close, even walking distance, to all conveniences and to restaurants, even to bike rental racks. But don't expect high design, it is very basic, old Florida. Furniture and beds are soft, overstuffed. The light switches were very difficult to understand, and many bulbs were out, including in the living room. There were no house-specific instructions, including none about the tv operation. No beach towels, no umbrella (we left one there), few hangers...hard to feel "the love." The patio and pool were nice touches, and the pool cleaners did a thorough yet quick job. We would come again, for a beach hideway (and it would be great for families)---but it's not the Hilton!"
