  • BEAUTIFUL & RELAXING

". . . and, let's not forget Quiet and Centrally Located. Our week in this beautiful, charming, and relaxing home flew by too quickly. The home is very private in a quiet residential neighborhood that is convenient to I-95, the beaches, West Palm's airport, City Place, and many other activities, shopping and dining destinations. The home has plenty of room for our 3 adults and 2 teenagers to find their own space and enjoy the week here. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs: the master suite has its own bathroom (with a stacked washer & dryer), walk-in closet, and a small office nook outfitted with a work table and printer; the other two bedrooms share a good size and nicely appointed bathroom. Downstairs, there are two seating areas, a spacious fully-equipped kitchen & breakfast table, a full size dining room, a den with comfortable leather furniture and a large TV and a half bath. Off the kitchen, there is a full size bathroom with a standard size washer & dryer. The grounds are nicely landscaped to provide lots of privacy and relaxing spots to just sit or enjoy some outdoor dining. But my granddaughter says having her own pool was the best thing about this home. We definitely recommend this property and look forward to going back!"

  • An excellent location on Key Biscayne

"Key Biscayne is very densely populated with expensive homes and enormous high rise condos and apartments. This little gem is a one bedroom in a renovated older two story building ["Governor's Lodge"] on Sunrise Drive tucked away with other good properties only 100 yards or so from the beach and about 250 yards from shopping and excellent restaurants. The rooms are well furnished in South Florida style, comfortably understated in decor, and ample amenities, utensils, dishes and all you would expect. It was very comfortable and even cozy in the January rains and cooler temperatures. Note too that it has excellent air conditioning when needed. You can walk the whole island including top-rated Crandon Park and Beach and Bill Bagg Park where we saw manatees, other wildlife, excellent views of Biscayne Bay and the lighthouse. We will return."

  • Great location and neighbors

"No issues with management (they replied to all my questions in a reasonable amount of time), condo was clean and neighbors that are other condo owners very nice. Construction going on up the street but it shouldn't get in your way. You can walk to beach and Las Olas Blvd. I would stay there again!"

  • truly like living on a houseboat

"Having just spent a delightful winter season in "Like living on a houseboat" , I can without hesitation say it surpassed all my expectations. Located in beautiful Delray Beach near everything. I was able to bicycle to the beach in just a few minutes and enjoyed making numerous new friends in the community to play golf. Dinner out just minutes away to downtown Delray's lively Atlantic Ave. This pristine home surrounded by boats and water views provides a lovely screened in terrace to enjoy the serene ambiance of all around you. The decor is lovely, soothing, and comfortable, every amenity has been provided. The owners were very gracious and always helpful. All in all a wonderful experience, that I would highly recommend."
