  • Just as Advertised!

"Our stay here met all of our expectations plus more. The owner, David, did a great job of communicating prior to our arrival. Everything was in working order and the condo was impeccably clean. The view was just as described. It's in what I personally believe to be the most beautiful building in all of metro Miami. We will return. RWF - Memphis"

  • Relaxing Stay With a View of the 15th Tee

"Five of us spent seven days in early April at Clint and Karen's house located on the 15th tee of the Champions course at PGA National. The house was very clean upon our arrival. We were there for my nephew's wedding which took place at the PGA National Resort and Spa which is a short drive from the house. It is a beautiful setting at the resort for a wedding. The house has a fully furnished lanai (table, 6 chairs, 2 sun lounge chairs and weber bbq at the back of the house. From the lanai we had a view of the 15th Tee on a beautiful golf hole which is a par 3 - 147 yard hole over water which gave us a lot of entertainment watching the golfers tee off during the day. You’re not too close to bother them or them bother you but not too far away to watch and hear their reactions to their shots. The house is decorated just like the pictures show. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the items you need for cooking along with a large selection of spices and oils. We ate outside every night at the large table. This table is under the lanai but also under the covered area of the lanai with a fan so you could eat there even if it rained or was too warm or got a little cooler at night. The master bedroom is very large and nicely decorated with plenty of closet space, sinks on either side in the bathroom and a large walk in shower. The second bedroom was just what my mother and her partner needed including their own bathroom with tub and shower. The den on the main floor off the hallway worked good for my brother for his bedroom with a foldout couch and he also had a bathroom of his own in the hall with a walk in shower. The living room with a large sectional couch was the late night place to be to watch TV before retiring. There were plenty of choices for restaurants and shopping for groceries or just shopping within 10 minutes of the house. Clint and Karen were very easy to contact before, during and after our stay was complete. I would certainly recommend this house to anyone wishing to have a relaxing stay on golf course away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thanks again Clint and Karen"

  • Overall, a good stay

"First, the property is larger in real life than the pictures make it out to be. I was pleasantly surprised. It literally is on the beach and you can see the ocean from the master bedroom. Valet parking was both a blessing and a curse - it was nice to not have to worry about parking in Miami but during peak times we waited about 25 minutes to receive our car. Overall, the unit does show signs of age. Don't plan on using the oven - the outside cover has no bolts attaching it to the actual stove, and was on the floor when we walked in. Stovetop worked fine though."
