  • Work of art!

"What a treat! The pictures do not do this home justice! We stayed in early February with our three daughters and we all fell in love with different elements of the home - the artwork, the swing in the covered patio, the colors, the fully stocked kitchen, the Apple TV, THE OUTDOOR SHOWER!! If I could reproduce this home as my own, I would in a heartbeat. The open layout is perfect to keep everyone together and the kitchen is fully stocked, including spices! Enough towels for everyone and endless hot water for the amazing outdoor shower (which was a favorite for everyone, even my four year-old!). The house sits at the end of the road which means little to no traffic. The front yard is beautifully appointed with native plants giving you a view of a beautiful "jungle" from the master bedroom. We walked to parks, Starbucks, and the water and got to meet several neighborhood wild peacocks. Michael and Rebecca are thoughtful and attentive owners who clearly have put a lot of love along with their own creativity into this home. They were quick to respond when we had a problem with the Apple TV and live close by should you need anything. Definitely a repeat destination for us when we visit the Grove again."

  • Location, the view and oh the beach!

"South Beach! If you've been , you know the location is great. Quiet building, but you can walk a couple blocks (to 5th) to find Walgreens, the liquor store, cafe and TGIF's. The views from the windows couldn't get any better, and I took amazing shots with my zoom lens. The bed, a dbl, was comfortable. Pictures are accurate, pool water is cool as it didn't see sun on it while we were there (the palm trees are wonderful)...but who cares, as the beach is right through the gate at the back. Condo has everything you need to make for a great vacation.(Beach chairs etc). Walk to the Pier Point along the beach or on the path, to watch the cruise ships set sail on Friday and Sat. just after 4:00.We unplugged the noisy air conditioner in the bedroom at night and used the ceiling fan. Bring prepackaged coffee filters as there is a hotel style Mr. Coffee machine only. The Majestic Hotel has a great breakfast. The market is at Washington and 2nd( or in that area). Spend one morning on the beach for sunrise, the rest you can watch from bed! Cab it or bus it, up to the Marriott Courtyard Hotel, have a drink in the courtyard oasis bar, then walk the boardwalk back to South Beach for a great afternoon, then head home, and put your feet up, You`ve earned it...Thank you Terry for letting us `visit`."
