  • Great, funky historic home in a wonderful location!

"Pleasantly surprised to find this great, funky bungalow style historic home on the western edge of everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer. A very quite neighborhood, yet just minutes to restaurant and the Riverfront. For those that are active, you can access the beachfront with an hour walk, but plenty to see and do along the way. Shauna was a very hospitable and responsive host. I will definitely stay again and recommend to any singles, couples or small families visiting the area."

  • Cozy Hideaway

"This unique property is a cozy hideaway amidst the hustle and bustle of Ft. Lauderdale. Located off an alley halfway between Broward and East Las Olas Blvds., it is close to many shops and restaurants. The place consists of a comfortable living/dining area, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a master bedroom and renovated bathroom. There is also a tiled sunroom, and a garden area with nice tropical plants. Added amenities, which we did not use, but others would enjoy, are a gas grill and hot tub. This is one of the best equipped properties we've ever stayed in, with all the kitchen items you would need, plenty of towels, and even extra toiletries. The off-street parking was a plus, as were the washer and dryer. The beach is about a mile and a half away, accessible by car or public transport, and has ample parking. We found plenty of eating places and activities either a walk or a short drive away."

  • Extremely Comfortable, Superb Location

"The staff here is very accommodating and responsive. The pool area is lovely. If you need something, ask for it and it comes. We did check other vrbos in the area and this is most definitely our favorite. We stayed for ten days. If I could wave a magic wand, it would be nice if the kitchen sink were slightly larger. But one gets used to that! We had a car rental and returned it. It is completely unnecessary. Ubers abound if need be and the location is eminently walkable. Our only concern going forward is how views will be affected due to the Four Seasons going up next door. Because there is a new Four Seasons going in, this tells you that the area is a nice spot. We particularly liked that there were all ages at the resort.... babies and children, young adults, middle age and even a bit older. Perhaps the unit could be refreshed with some paint and updated slightly....but overall, very comfy."
