  • 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, great pool

"This is a great 3BR family home in a beautiful ritzy neighborhood. Bedrooms are all large and beds are very comfortable - 2 kings and 2 singles plus a couple of air mattresses if you need them. Two cute retro bathrooms with showers. The kitchen had plenty of prep space and all the essentials, but not a lot extras - a half-size fridge, just a few pots and pans, no microwave, and no plastic cups, serving bowls, or plates, so bring your own - because you will want to eat every meal on the amazing backyard poolside patio. There is only one chair for the outside table, so you have to bring the wicker chairs out from the kitchen. You could fit 3 cars in the driveway, we only had two so getting in and out was super easy. This house is about a 20-25 minute scenic walk to the beach and to tons of restaurants, shops, 7Eleven, pretty much anywhere you'd want to go. But you may not want to go anywhere because the backyard, patio, and pool are spectacular. The pool is clean and a good size for a single-family home, and it's heated, you just have to ask the property manager how to turn the heater on. Oh and the local property manager Erika is so helpful and nice. Highly recommend this property."

  • Amazing vacation!

"We loved our vacation in Ft. Lauderdale with our two young sons. We could easily walk to the shops and restaurants on Las Olas as well the amazing Colee Hammock park. The beach was a short convenient drive away. Justice even had a pool fence installed just for our trip which gave us peace of mind with our young children. We would love to stay there again and would encourage anyone else to do so as well."

  • Spacious apartment near the beach

"The apartment is nicely furnished, light and airy. It has has windows or doors on all 4 sides. We prefer fresh rather than air conditioned air, so this was a blessing as many of the windows had screens. Also, because it is on the second floor, there is a pleasant view of the tops of the surrounding palm trees, both from inside the house and when you are sitting on the terrace. The kitchen is well furnished and we cooked many meals in it. The building backs on a 7 block quiet residential area which is a terrific place to walk (and many residents take advantage of it). The Ft Lauderdale beach begins a couple of blocks south of this residential neighborhood and it has a couple of miles of broad, brick sidewalk along its perimeter, which we also enjoyed walking. The entrance to the beach, a couple of blocks away through this neighborhood, does not have any parking lot attached to it, so it's basically just a neighborhood section and was never very crowded. We enjoyed some gentle body surfing waves. The only thing to understand is that the building is located on a busy, 4 lane thoroughfare and so there is a fair amount of traffic noise. If you leave the windows closed and air conditioners on, you probably won't hear it as much as we did with the windows open. The wifi is fast enough to be able to watch Netflix movies on the TV. We enjoyed the apartment and would definitely come back."

  • Winter get away

"The house was very roomy. We had plenty of space for our group of 11. We found the house overall very clean and neat. There were small things like the inadequate pans, the oven that wasn't clean, and a missing light bulb in the living room. We needed to clean the grill before we could use it for which we needed to buy a brush because there wasn't one there. The yard was less than desirable. Palm branches and coconuts were all over the yard. Definitely needed yard work done! The pool wasn't heated nor did it have a solar cover so it was too cold to use most days. We enjoyed the games that were available. We left behind some pool toys that we bought for our younger children. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and would go back but knowing the pool wasn't heated would maybe change our timing of a return visit."
