  • good deal!

"I have rented in Ft Lauderdale seven times in the last 6 years. We visit family each year. This is the ideal neighborhood if you like the beach because you don't have to cross the A1A. The beach is 100 meters away! The house is well maintained and, its true, Ron Rusian is the perfect manager /neighbor. We had no worries. From renting the house without even having to talk to Toby until a couple days before we arrived. to entering late 10 at night-- without a hitch. Just great. The house is really nice as you can see in the pictures. This rental is a good value. Its true it is not as luxurious as rentals twice as much but the beds are good and the bedrooms are large except for the one with the trundle beds where my 6 year old grandsons slept. But it was fine. They liked it. Again Ron was great. He helped us out and even cut a branch off the palm tree that was rubbing against the wall and 'disturbing' my sleep. My wife thought it was 'perfect' and my daughter wants me to rent it again. So there."

"We were delighted to stay 5 weeks at this beautiful home on Boca Harbor Island. For starters, it's on a quiet street: the front is on a cul-de-sac and the backyard is on the Intracoastal. The setting is lush, with palm trees, flowing plants and shrubs wherever the head turns, truly a tropical paradise. The interior was very comfortable with multiple places to enjoy our cocktails, and meals grilled on the barbeque. We particularly enjoyed the large screened-in porch. Our two-year old dog was also quite happy. We almost always socialized with other dogs on our daily strolls and Mizner Bark Park (the dog park) is not to be missed. Judith, the owner, was particularly helpful in many ways. She accommodated our request to come 5 days early and arranged to have her daughter, Lotte, meet us. Her suggestions for various resources were first class. Note: if you have a dog, you need a permit to use the park. This requires a notarized letter indicating the period of time that you are renting in Boca. Ask Judith to have it ready so you don't waste a day running back and forth to the park. Paul, the friendly gardener-handyman, was on-site or nearby 5 days a week to answer our questions and take care of whatever needed to be done. The home's location was convenient to shopping (a Publix and a terrific fish market are 5 minutes away; Trader Joe's and a Fresh Market just a bit further) and there are several restaurants nearby. The excitement of Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach is about 15 minutes away. Bottom line: we hope to return."

  • Slice of Heaven!

"This condo is lovely. Very clean and comfortable. It's completely redone and updated with a bathroom for each bedroom. Great little screened in porch overlooking the pool. The building is charming...the location is perfect. It's just steps from the beach. It's uncrowded and very zen like. I will be back over and over because there is no reason to ever stay anywhere else!"

  • Very friendly host and a convenient location to travel around.

"Lovely location on the water but also easy to get to Atlantic avenue and other areas we wanted to see. Our hosts were available to ensure all went well. Thx"
