We enjoyed our stay in this complex. The apartment has everything you need and more. You have access to 2 beach chairs and one umbrella that the guys at the beach stand will set up for you where ever you want. In addition there are more folding chairs and umbrellas in the apartment that you can take to the beach. If you are travelling with kids, there are beach toys as well. The kitchen has all the utensils you need but you will need to buy everything if you intent to cook. The only thing left over from previous guest is salt and pepper. Only residents or travelers registered in the condo have access to the pool. If you have friends in the area that come to visit, they are not allowed to be in the pool but they can go to the beach. There are 2 buildings and 2 pools that you have access to. Both are pretty deep and the only area where the little ones can stand is the steps leading into the pool. Little ones that can't swim will need floaters. We chose this complex due the location, immediate beach access and condo amenities including the pool and everything worked out great. Lots of families vacationing with children of all ages. Ana was waiting for us and gave us a tour of the apartment and complex upon arrival. She explained everything and was very nice. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
