  • Great for a family with young kids.

"The room we had was definitely dated, but the location was great! The building itself offered a good size pool that kept the kids well entertained. The beach was literally right outside the pool area, so that was extremely convenient for us too. The small store/cafe inside the building was also very convenient for the family. And I thought the price was pretty cheap. We stayed for a week in June."

  • A great destination for a (family) spring break.

"My family enjoyed a spring break getaway in this condo in March 2017. It is a fairly large space with two large bedrooms and 1.5 baths. There were 5 of us in all and we did not feel cramped. The unit we stayed in sits on the 9th floor of a 16 story high rise that sits on A1A about 35 mins north of Miami's South Beach; about 1.5 miles south of the Hollywood Beach Walk - a very nice commercial/retail area with plenty of shops and places to dine including Margaritaville. There is also a Wal-Mart with groceries less than a mile away. The unit has it's own private balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean and pool area as well. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials... plates, utensils, cups, mugs, etc. Only complaint about the bathrooms was there wasn't enough tp - it's difficult for 5 people to get by for a week on just 2 rolls. There is a coin laundry as well. The complex sits right on Hollywood/Hallandale Beach - a quiet, family oriented area without any of the stereotypical college spring break "partying". A very clean and quiet beach - the water was beautiful. A very well kept pool area to relax by as well. The complex is closed to the public and is very secure - only the guests and residents of the property have access via key fob/wrist band. So if you are looking for a safe, quiet, and secure location, you will find it here. This is a great place for families of all ages. My entire family enjoyed our stay very much and will consider renting this unit again in the future. ***Just a heads up on some additional fees... key fobs have to be purchased for $20 each and they are not returnable at the end of your stay. One fob for every two people over the age of 14 has to be purchased. So if you have 3 people over the age of 14, you have to buy two fobs at full price. You will also pay $35 for parking (non-refundable). There is an additional $20 deposit for a parking placard that you get back when the placard is returned.***"
