  • Everything We Needed

"My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and layout of the place. There were beach towels and chairs provided which was a nice perk considering we had forgotton to bring towels! You only have to cross one street to get to the beach and there are plenty of good places to eat within walking distance. Bike rentals are literally around the corner and make for a nice 15 minute ride down to Ocean Drive. The property itself is a condo like apartment so keep in mind that there are residents as well as other visitors in this building as well. It is not the prettiest building from the outside; though still in a very nice area of Miami. The inside was what counted for us. Susanna was in touch with us on our arrival and made sure I knew she would be available if I needed anything. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a reasonabally priced, clean, acommadating stay in the Miami Beach area."

  • Lovely Miami Beach Guest Home

"My husband and I spent several days and nights at this most lovely hideaway in Miami Beach. The guest house is so well planned, excellently furnished, and very well maintained. The pool and slide are to die for (looks like they were designed by Disney) and the grounds reminded us of the botanical garden in St. Georges, Bermuda. I brought my usual “extras” for the week, but Lisa and Joe had already planned for our every need. Everything is within walking distance; however, we seldom left the premises, enjoying all the great features of this extraordinary property. Recommend Cafe Avanti on 41st Street--great food and service. Thank you Lisa and Joe for sharing your beautiful property in Miami Beach."

  • Great Place Unique roof top deck with hot tub and bar

"I really enjoyed staying here.. The roof top deck with the bar and the hot tub are the bomb.. My girlfriend and I spent quite a few days just hanging out on our private roof top. This property is in a prime location in South Beach.. You definitedly don't need a car as there are plenty of restaurants and stores with in walking distance and the beach is across the street. I have already booked my next trip here.. I can't wait to get back."

  • A group of 8 women checked in on 7/28/16 and checked out on 7/31/16. The condo was very clean and

"A group of 8 women checked in on 7/28/16 and checked out on 7/31/16. The condo was very clean and looked just like the photos on the post. There were 3 beds: 1 King and 2 trundle beds. The king was big enough for 3 full size women. The trundle beds were sort of close separated by a night stand so we only had space enough to pull out one of the trundle beds. However, there were also 2 blow up mattresses and a rollaway bed. So we had plenty of space for sleeping including the pull out couch and the chaise part of the couch. The kitchen came well equipped with silverware, glasses, pots and pans, and ovenware. Make sure you bring trash bags because they only had 1 liner in the can and 1 extra. You can imagine how much trash 8 women can accumulate. We quickly overflowed and had to begin using grocery bags. Didn't realize that there was no trash pickup. Pack your seasonings or at least salt and pepper. May be a good idea to bring your own coffee, creamer and sweetner as they had a traditional coffee maker. The coffee in the lobby was $3 per cup for regular and $3.75 for decaf. That was a rip off for a small 8 oz cup. The balcony had a nice view but needed to be cleared of pigeon poop...which didn't seem to bother any of the girls. They even had several other conveniences in the condo such as 6 beach chairs and a large beach umbrella which we used and were sooo handy! In the master suite, the bath tub water spout actually flew off when we turned the water on because it seemed to have twisted off. We twisted it back on and it worked perfectly. The hot water never ran out in the condo even after several showers. The tub in the master suite had an extremely high instep so plz be careful climbing in. Construction is being conducted on the building so the outside of the hotel looks terrible. It seems as though they work on Mon-Fri starting at about 9 or 10a, so it gets a little loud but we turned on our music and you didn't notice it much. We usually left early in the morning and came back when they had finished. The broom/dust pan is in the closet on the side of the twin trundle beds. Also in there are 3 beach chairs, the ironing board and iron. Make sure you bring laundry detergent to wash the towels. We had probably about 1-2 towels per person but with at least more than 1 shower a day per person, they were wet before we could use them again. This is a very nice condo and was a great value for what we paid. The girls had a blast! We enjoyed the view..."
