  • Wow! Very Nice

"The Condo is nicely decorated. The gorgeous views from the large balcony and windows as an end unit were priceless. The beach was great. The owner communicated openly to make sure we enjoyed our stay. My 2 year old grandson never wanted to stop playing in the ocean waves and pools. Unfortunately people don't always care for other peoples property, so a couple things showed abuse; but were minor, like blinds that don't operate correctly. The only other comment I would add is that if you actually bring 10 people; bring disposable plates, cups and plastic ware with foil and non-stick, hot pads, and a larger coffee pot; (as it only makes 4 cups at a time.)"

  • Very impressive

"The booking, check In and Out was very easy. This property had just about everything. The furnishing were very nice, especially the beautiful dining table. Everyone who visited loved it. The kitchen had more than expected from plates and pans to muffin tins and corn cob holders. The beds, while not ours we're comfortable enough, I would recommend as with most places bringing your own pillow. The rooms were larger than average. There was more than enough space for the 2 of us to have guest over to visit and not feel cramped, something we could never have done in a hotel. There were beautiful views of the beaches and easy access to it. The umbrella and chairs offerings were also a nice extra touch. We would definitely book this unit again."

  • Nice spacious condo with great view

"Nice condo. Very spacious with plenty of drawer space, closet space, vanity space. Plenty of bath and beach towels available. Plenty of dishes and glasses. We went food shopping and ate breakfast there each morning rather than going out. The bed was comfortable and great view of the beach laying in bed. Condo faces the East so you do get the early sun. Did see a beautiful sunrise one morning. Big deck with plenty of seating. Only 2 of us but if had another couple (or kids) would still be plenty of room. We saw a beautiful full moon over the ocean from deck. Pool area nice, not crowded so always able to get a chair. It was very hot when we went and able to get a spot in the shade. There is doorway right to the pool across from condo door (convenient). The condo is dated but it didn't really bother me because had plenty of room and all of the amenities needed. One thing missing was no dish detergent (washing in sink). We had to buy that and left there for next people. We could walk to Smathers beach and there are beach chairs in the closet to use. We rented bikes from wecyclekw.com. There is a bike rack on the property and we did a lot of biking to get around. We had a car since drove from Miami but only used once. It is about a $15 cab ride for 2 people to the heart of Duval St. We walked to Salute for dinner (on Higs Beach). Great food! We also went to Shanana key Irish bar about 3-4 blocks up Bertha. A local place and easy walk. Otherwise we biked. Other restaurants we went to: El Siboney (cuban), Garbo's grill (late lunch after swimming at Fort Taylor Zachory park, Two Friend's patio (after Mallory Square sunet) - had great Key Lime Pie, Waterfront Brewery, Alonzzo's (great happy hour after Fury Snorkeling trip). Met people at the pool and everyone seemed happy with all of their condos. Don't forget your key!! Need a key to get back into building everywhere. My husband forgot his when dropping off something in car and had no reception to call me and had to wait for someone to come by. We would stay there again!"
