  • Wonderfully peaceful and secluded

"We were looking for a beautiful location on the beach and this was a perfect spot. We enjoyed the hammock, birds and occasional glimpse of dolphins. Perfect spot for a couple and close enough to the public beach and pier to enjoy."

  • Lovely Cottage

"This is the second time we've stay at this adorable, well appointed cottage. The location is wonderful, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Pine Ave. and close proximity to the beach. I can't imagine why any one would consider this place anything but spotless. The owners are also wonderful to deal with. We plan on coming back. This place is such a great value for the area."

  • Perfect Hideaway

"This property is perfectly named...the backyard pool and spa are sheltered by a beautiful tropical garden! You will have your own little oasis! Short walk to the beach. Four girlfriends stayed for a week and we found it clean, comfortable, and all we could hope for. You will not be disappointed! Melanie is very helpful and responds quickly. We have already booked another stay next October!"

  • Amazing oasis - heavenly!

"What can we say... this was so perfect. This was the best vacation I've had since my honeymoon in Aruba. My wife, 2 year old daughter, and I stayed here for a week in October 2016. It was one of the best weeks ever. The house was clean, neat, and peaceful. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, both bathrooms were clean and spacious. The bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. Ceiling fans in all the rooms added to the comfort level. The backyard was incredible. The wall and privacy fence, nicely screened by tropical landscaping, make it feel as if you are swimming in a secluded tropical pool. The two waterfalls into the pool are a delightful element are added much to the ambiance. The pool itself was one of the most pleasant I've ever been in - warm, and inviting. I've never swum in a saltwater pool before, and it was fantastic. The pool was the perfect size for a family fun. Access to the beach was a short walk off Beach Ave. The beach was wonderful - never crowded, covered with shells for us to hunt. We went during the day, and then again after dinner to watch the sunset. Just be careful when you walk home along Gulf Dr - there is a narrow shoulder and the crosswalks aren't well lit. There were pool floats, towels, beach umbrellas, snorkels, a beach wagon, bicycles, a medium cooler, and beach toys in the garage. There was a highchair, and we left behind a toddler potty if anyone cares to use it. The owner David was very friendly and responsive as well. Plan on having to purchase most staples - we needed toilet paper and garbage bags beyond the normal perishables you might expect. (Maybe that's normal? In our limited rental experience, those things have been provided.) Publix is a short distance away, and has just about everything you will need. Honestly the only negative of any significance is that we had to leave. If we could move in here permanently, we would. Simply put, this week exceeded our expectations."
