  • Ideal place

"Recently remodeled with granite counters and everything you could possibly need. Absolutely beautiful location. You can watch the sunrise on the back screened in porch over the intercoastal and sunsets across the street on the beach. Once you're there, no need for a car, since you can ride the Anna Maria bus for free. Close to Cortez, so easy to see sites close to Anna Maria in Sarasota/Bradenton area like Ringling museum, etc. lots to see and do in the area. Loved the paved trail across the street ..,great for biking or walking in a shaded area next to the water."

  • Great location! Condo had everything we needed. Perfect size for our family of four.

"This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The condo was very easy to find and is a great location across the street from the beach. My two girls are 10 &12 and enjoyed having their own room and bathroom. The master bedroom was big and had plenty drawers and closet space. The bathroom is not very big but my husband and I didn't need to be in there at the same time so it was no big deal. There is a storage area that has beach accessories like chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards, which was nice since we didn't bring our own. The kitchen was a good size and had everything you would need if you wanted to cook. Plenty of space to eat at the table or at the counter. The pool is big and has plenty of chairs. It was crowded in the afternoon, but pretty dead before lunch. The beach on Anna Mara is beautiful and plenty of shells to be found. There are plenty of restaurants to go to, some in walking distance. We enjoyed going to Bridge Street for eating and shopping and playing miniature golf. Anna Maria is a perfect place for a beach vacation and this condo in Runaway Bay was better than I expected. We have no complaints and can't wait to return next summer."

  • Any closer and you'd be ON the beach.

"We had a great month in this quaint house. It's so close to the beach we'd walk across the road in our bare feet and right onto the sand, and easily walk to the great shops and restaurants on Bridge St. AMI being so popular, there's always plenty of slow-moving traffic right outside your door, especially late afternoon, although we were there at the busiest possible time, March Break. The few minor repairs that needed doing while we were there were handled quickly and pleasantly. This being an older house, there was some noise from the upstairs neighbors -- best if you can rent the entire house. Overall a very pleasant experience. Also thanks, Martin, for welcoming our black lab, Maggie! Paul J."

  • We loved it!

"Anna Marie Island is our go-to place to reset from a long year of teaching. The condo was better than expected. Updated appliances in the kitchen and a washer and dryer was a plus that we used daily. We had a small issue and the owners responded promptly to ensure our comfort. I am looking forward to coming back next year."
