  • Location! Location! Location!

"The location of the condo was awesome! Having a pool and beach so close as well as having a trolley stop right outside helped tremendously since we normally don't rent a car. After some maintenance and cleaning issues were addressed, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was large, very well equipped and the patio was great. Also truly appreciated the security of the complex. We were so pleased we have already booked it for next year!"

  • Perfect place for a family holiday

"We wanted a reasonably priced holiday let for a family of four that was close to great beaches and that is what we got and more! From our initial booking, Chuck the owner, was very helpful and replied to all enquiries immediately. Arrival was smooth and efficient followed up by a courtesy call from Chuck to check all was well. The townhouse is deceptively more spacious inside with plenty of room for four adults. It is really well equipped, clean and nicely decorated throughout with a modern bathroom and kitchen. The two bedrooms were large and roomy, clean and comfortable. The location is just perfect on the island, very close to the beach and local shops, the trolley bus route runs close by which we hopped on regularly to get to the city pier. When we did have one minor problem with the tumbler dryer it was sorted straight away. Having walked around the island and its beaches we were delighted to find that our local beach on 52nd Street was simply outstanding- quiet, clean and had miles of soft white sand! We had an idyllic 23 nights stay in the town house and will definitely stay here again when we return to Anna Maria Island."

  • nice little place!

"The apartment is right across private beach which made it super wonderful. The bus stop is around the front of the building so easy access to the island on the free shuttle which takes you from one end to the other end of the Island. We were able to walk just blocks to all the restaurants and little shops, etc. At the north end of the island was our favorite ice cream place and the pier was nice. There's a little sitting/viewing area around to the right of the apartment, very nice to watch sunsets. Overall we loved the island and you don't need a car if staying on the island. The apartment is nice and comfortable. We needed to buy a small blender for morning shakes as there was none. Our daughters bed was broken but functional and worked out. The reason for the 4 stars mainly is there is no WiFi. That was crucial for us and I had confirmed that there would be. There was nothing, and it was crucial for my husband to do Buisiness. The clubhouse had none either. We even tried to see how we can purchase it, apparently they go through flamingo services band not all works well. That was very frustrating for my husband, he ended up going to the library on the shuttle when he needed access. Carol was easy to communicate with and responded promptly always. The WiFi would make it us not able to stay there again. Other than that if you don't need WiFi access you would very well enjoy this place the pool is a skip away and on the way to the beach."

  • Gorgeous Pool!

"We stayed here the first week of August 2016. There was 3 couples and 3 kids ages 3,5 and 10. The house is so modern and decorated beautifully with a nicely stocked kitchen and comfortable beds like so many other reviewers stated. The pool area is perfect. It has a ledge that is 1/2 foot deep that the younger kids loved to play on and the table in the pool was perfect place to have drinks and watch the Olympics that were on while we were there. Huge basket of beach towels for anyone to use. The walk to the beach was only 2 blocks and there are lots of sand toys, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, bikes, etc. 7 of us could fit around the big table for meals and the 2 little ones loved their special table off by themselves. But we did have a couple of minor issues and one not so minor issue . . . 1. The water heater broke the first day we were there and it took us a couple of days to compare notes and realize that all of us were taking lukewarm showers. The pipes run underground so close to the surface that the water was semi-heated since it was August not ice cold water. Emma tried her absolute best to get service men out there quickly but it was a tank-less water heater and needed both a plumber and electrician to come out. So there was a lot back and forth between the two on the order things needed to be done and we were a lot more involved than we wanted to be on our vacation. It did not get fixed till Thursday (we arrived Saturday prior). We did get compensation but it took a month. 2. The kid's room (with the bunk beds) has a door that leads outside. Of course, all the kids tried to open it and the youngest one ended up sleeping with parents for the week because of the door. I completely missed that detail in the pictures so just be aware. 3. The master bedrooms do not have locks and open directly out into the living room. Our kids loved to open our door when we were getting dressed. 4. One of the master bedrooms has a port hole window looking directly out to the street that does not have any window treatment over it. We ended up just stuffing a blanket in the window to block it. 5. If the waterfall is running in the pool, the pool is not filtering. The waterfall was so pretty and fun to play under but on the Friday of our stay the pool company came by for a check and told us the pool had not been filtering all week. If water overflowing from hot tube, then water is being filtered."
