  • Ideal place

"Recently remodeled with granite counters and everything you could possibly need. Absolutely beautiful location. You can watch the sunrise on the back screened in porch over the intercoastal and sunsets across the street on the beach. Once you're there, no need for a car, since you can ride the Anna Maria bus for free. Close to Cortez, so easy to see sites close to Anna Maria in Sarasota/Bradenton area like Ringling museum, etc. lots to see and do in the area. Loved the paved trail across the street ..,great for biking or walking in a shaded area next to the water."

  • A glorious get-a-way

"My 2 adult daughters and 1 girl friend celebrated my "birthday" at the Yellow House. We were amazed with all the specialties thru out the house, paintings of a mermaid in the bathroom to a Jimmy Buffet theme carved in to the floor, WOW!! The kitchen was well stocked with all you'd need plus immaculate Which I always appreciate. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai And our evening wine there too. Then a short walk to celebrate at the Beach Bistro-a must. The pool was perfect and the garden well Manicured. A minute walk to a beautiful beach With blue water, and clean sugar sand. A glorious get-a-way. I would 100% recommend this property which we all enjoyed."

  • House exceeded expectations, super cute!

"We loved the house! the house was perfect; the pictures are great but the house is even better than the pictures. The yard, porch, patio and pool are above excellent. When we cooked diner on the side patio shaded by a tree filled with lights, blooming orchids and staghorn ferns, we felt like we had our own oasis. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and had absolutely everything we could have wanted. It's a stone's throw from the beach that has the finest white sand I've ever seen. Being so close you just can't afford to miss the perfect sunset every day. This is the first time we rented a house. Our hope was to find a nice clean place that we could enjoy. Ultimately we wanted it to be relaxing. This house gave us all of that and more. The neighborhood is filled with all new homes the prettiest on Anna Maria Island, but the tangerine house is the cutest of all. The google street view is old taken during construction of the houses across the street. Those houses are now at least 2 years old and cost over a million dollars each. We looked at the house 4 sale 2doors down the road $1.6 million ( Suzann you should show photos of the neighborhood) This property was the perfect vacation spot! Loved it! This really was a special vacation. The island was a hidden treasure. We traditionally stay in a hotel on the Atlantic side of Florida; this island has changed our mind."

  • The house was very nice and really close to everything

"The house was great. I stayed with 2 friends and my mother and there was more than enough room. It was close to everything and if you wanted to go off the island it was really easy. We mostly sat outside and enjoyed the patio. I would recommend this house for anyone. Currently one of my friends who stayed with us has already talked her family into coming down for vacation and staying at this property. We will definitely be back! Thank for everything!"
