  • Perfect Location

"My husband and I enjoyed our three weeks in this well-equipped condo. Everything we needed was there, including lots of drawer space and hangers and a desk for our computer - greatly appreciated! We loved the third floor location, which was high enough for a good view of the gulf but low enough to skip the elevator if we felt like using the stairs (although we never had to wait long for an elevator). And so close to the beach - just out the door and across the street to the public park, which was never too crowded. There were beautiful neighborhoods nearby to walk in, and also excellent restaurants a short distance away. All in all, a perfect spot for a winter break."

  • Great view for sunset

"Great location. Right across from the beach and close to the crosswalk. Beautiful views of the water iand the sunset. The unit was clean with many up-to-date features, and very comfortable. Plenty of cooking utensils and also beach chairs and umbrella us to take to the beach. The complex had a very nice swimming pool. The only drawback that prevented me from giving it a five star rating was the fact that you had to go to a different building to get Wi-Fi. I would definitely read this unit again"

  • So Relaxing

"It has been years since my husband and I have had a vacation. We decided that we would travel to Florida. The Maine winters are long and we were celebrating our 40th anniversary, where better to go than sunny Florida. We made the right choice! We stepped into the condo and immediately felt at home. The Shoens home away from home is warm and tastefully decorated, and the view is breathtaking. The beach is directly across the street and the community pool is steps from the complex. There are two restaurants within easy walking distance jfrom the condo, and also one in the complex near the pool. There is a washer and dryer in the condo which is very helpful. You really need nothing more than your toothbrush & bathing suit. Everything you need is either in the condo or close by. The condo is very quiet as it sits back away from the road. At night there is very little traffic, it is peaceful. If you are a sun seeker and love to be surrounded by friendly people, look no further. You will not find a lovelier spot for the money and the Shoen's could not be more thoughtful or accommodating. We hope to return again next year! Many thanks!!"

  • 2016 Christmas-New Year's Getaway

"My girlfriend and I stayed in this beautiful 7TH floor studio apartment over the 2015-16 Holidays. We rode bikes to the State Park across the street, fished, sunbathed, shelled and took romantic sunset walks on the beach (across the street!). Doc’s restaurant was within walking distance and a little family-owned Mexican restaurant, as well as Coconut Jack’s, were just a short drive up the street. The New Year's Eve fireworks on the beach, from our private screened-in patio, were awesome with an unobstructed view up and down the beach! Everything in the apartment was clean, crisp, tastefully decorated and next to new. All in all, it was a wonderful, relaxing Holiday vacation and we would highly recommend it to relax, decompress and get-away!"
