  • Beautiful, updated and CLEAN unit.

"Great view of the Gulf from our lanai. Convenient to the pool and beach. Walk to Coconut Jacks or Docs for dining on the water. Well appointed with everything you need."

  • LOVED IT!

"Thank you for asking! As my husband and I have told you and Bob 1000x, we LOVE your condo 804! It's furnished beautifully, so comfortable, you guys have the best appliances, are so generous to make sure we have coffee & food necessities for our arrival (so we can get right out to the beach!), and fun items such as beach towels & floating noodles for us to play in the Gulf...for hours on end! We will always continue to rebook with you only not only for your fabulous location, privacy, safety, comfort, but for your hospitality. Thank you thank you thank you!"

  • Perfect Mid Century beach house location.

"Steps from the beach, short drive the Fort Myers area and short drive to Naples. Bedrooms and kitchen are well appointed and make you feel right at home. Note if you are traveling with more than one couple, make sure you really like the other couple as there is only the one restroom on the main living area. Park in the shade under the house, relax on the beach, watch the dolphins in the morning, watch the sunset each evening and dinner at great Naples restaurants.....what more could you ask for? Our little Italian Greyhounds loved the house as well, especially the screened in porch. Be sure to dine at Campiello, Truluck's and Michelbob's in Naples all were excellent. The snapper at Campiello was to die for. We were not to excited by the nearby Fish House or Coconut Jack's both were crowded, expensive and average. Also if you are a car guy or gal you must check out the Rev's Institute in Naples, awesome museum. This is a great beach house and location for a small group. GIgi and Angel were very accommodating and quick and answer any questions. Thank you for your hospitality.....We will be back!"

  • A True Beach House

"My wife and I had six beautiful days divided by a wicked storm with 30-40 mile per hour winds... absolutely perfect! This house is quirky with a touch of sophistication. Clean, comfortable and full of personality."
