  • Affordable paradise

"What a fantastic time. Coquina Cove was beautiful and perfect. Everything was just as advertised. This was the first time we had ever rented a property and after such a positive experience it will not be our last. We absolutely loved Coquina Cove and cant wait to go again. It was great being able to fish of the dock (we did catch fish) and then hang at the beach. The beach was almost like our private beach at times. There were seashells everywhere including sharks teeth. We saw dolphins on 3 separate occasions and they were amazingly close in to us. We even saw a stingray. The ferry was a fun experience also. We saw the gopher tortoises about everyday along with all sorts of wildlife , hated to leave. Julie answered all of our questions very promptly and we knew if we needed anything she would be there to help. We would highly recommend Coquina Cove to anyone thinking of going to the gulf area. We went to several restaurants in the Englewood and Venice area. Our favorites were the Lock and Key , The Gulf View, and Flounders. We also enjoyed Likkety Split for ice cream. We did try the Rum Bay establishment on the island and enjoyed their bone in wings. We found a parasail outfit in Venice which was about 12 miles north. It was fun. while there we checked out downtown Venice and Nokomis beach as well. Good day trip. We loved everything about our trip. It truly was affordable paradise."

  • Wonderful home for family gatherings!

"We returned to Nature's Way again for Christmas Week and enjoyed this lovely home just as much the second time. The house is very generously equipped with lots of beach towels, 2 wagons for the short walk to the beach, sand toys and kitchen equipment. We loved eating outside for every meal on the large deck overlooking the pool with its surrounding lush tropical foliage. The deck is very private. We had 8 adults and 4 children and the spacious house easily accommodated all of us. The owner has recently updated most of the house with new a new kitchen and furniture throughout. We rent vacation homes several times a year and this is one of the best!"

  • Captiva Lover!

"My family and I just spent 10 amazing days in Captiva at Dr. Sawyer's beautiful Condo. This is our second year at this condo - we abandoned the South Seas condos because the set up here is perfect. I noticed immediately that there was new carpet and sofas and new bedding. The place is gorgeous and immaculate! The lanai looks over Sunset beach - truly spectacular. For nature lovers, there's an osprey nest just outside with baby Ospreys. Every day we watched Dolphins and manatees swim in the water ... Practically with us! My husband fished off the beach and caught trout and flounder. And we truly appreciated the new beach chairs and umbrellas provided by Dr Sawyer. There's really no need for South Seas amenities. The condo is in walking distance to a group of shops and Doc Fords grill. No need to drive!! A short walk to the Bubble Room, great Mexican restaurant, the Mucky Duck... And more!!!! I can't say enough. Best vacation ever."

  • Here right now!

"My granddaughter and I arrived May 7th and we are so glad we are staying for 2 weeks. I have come down annually to Fort Myers beach for the last 6 years and this is the first time I am staying on this end of the island. This unit is perfect and has the most expansive view of the Gulf and beautiful pool. The sunsets from our balcony are the best I have ever seen. The moon has been shining on the water every night and the lights from Sanibel and Capitiva in the background are breathtaking. The condo is clean and the kitchen seems new. It is more spacious than the pictures show. The bathroom is very large. I have not been able to get past the mangroves to walk the beach but I am told it I must be trying when the tide is up. I will keep trying. I have also met several people who live here and they are very friendly and welcoming."
