  • Great Stay!

"My family stayed in unit B3 at Pointe Santo for the first time. Year after year we have rented and stayed at Blind Pass condos. What I can say is that this community has many more amenities and such a beautiful and short walk to the beach. The owner and the management company both were very responsive to our needs and very fast to reply. the unit is comfortable and has everything you can need. We loved the 1st floor location, the screened in patio with perfect breeze, the pool and so many grills around the beautiful and relaxing lake."

  • Fantastic vacation house!

"Our stay at the cottage was great! The location of the house is so perfect! Just a very short walk to a perfect, peaceful beach and just 3 houses from a quiet fishing pier. My family and I enjoyed all of the home's amenities. The private, fenced yard was perfect for relaxing and grilling, as well as cleaning up with th outdoor shower. I was also incredibly excited about the Keurig machine and having a private washer & dryer. The neighborhood was so quiet and very dog friendly. Also, Publix grocery store is just minutes away for any last-minute necessities. We spent a great deal of time fishing off the pier and used the two-person kayak provided by the rental to see dolphins and a manatee. We look forward to staying at the house again. Adele was so friendly and easy to work with."

  • Awesome Beach house!

"We spent a week at this wonderful house right on the beach in Fort Myers Beach for our 20th annual sibling reunion. There was plenty of space for 6 adults to spread out in the house, and hang out on the deck each evening. The house is within walking distance to shops and restaurants, which we did on several occasions. The nice, sandy beach is very quiet and great for long early morning walks, or whenever you are so inclined. We would highly recommend this house!"

  • The Perfect Beachfront Condo

"It's a good day when the only thing you have to worry about is finding the perfect seashell. We enjoyed every minute of our 3 night stay at this perfectly situated corner condo. I was reluctant to believe the view shown in the pictures and honestly thought there may have been some photo shopping done to enhance the view, but I was proven wrong as soon as we stepped in the front door. The view is actually more beautiful than what is shown in the photos. The mornings spent drinking coffee on the breezy lanai was the perfect start to each day and my 2 boys (ages 13 and 9) had a blast playing in the waves, combing the beach for seashells and shark teeth and diving for sand dollars on the sandbar. The club pool is clean and steps away when you need a break from the sea. We loved the easy accessibility of the condo from the beach when we wanted to come in for lunch and would spend our evenings on the lanai watching the most beautiful sunsets. It's turtle nesting season so lights around the units were minimal, which allowed for great stargazing at night. The beds were very comfortable and we were lulled to sleep each night listening to the waves as you can hear them from the master bedroom. The condo is clean, well appointed and all the needed amenities are provided in order to provide a most comfortable stay. Beach towels are provided for the guests in the condo and the club attendants helped set up beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach on 2 of our days. The third day, we moved the chairs/umbrellas on our own. It was very quiet, maybe 8 families total spread out along the mile long stretch of beach we were on. My husband used the fitness facility and felt it was sufficient for his particular work out. Mack was most helpful in the abundance of information he provided about the condo, the club and the island both before our arrival and provided in the condo. We purchased our groceries at the Publix about a mile off island before we arrived and were greeted with a nice bottle of wine, a bag of Starbucks coffee and smoked almonds to enjoy during our stay. Mack even checked on us during our stay to be sure the accommodations were comfortable and make himself available if we had any questions. We did dine at Temptations one evening and had a great homemade ice cream cone at the Loose Caboose one afternoon. There is a $6 per car toll to access the island. The town is quaint and quiet during this time of year, just like we prefer, and we look forward to a return!"
