"Seascape is a great community with comfortable accommodations. An outdoor hot tub would make it perfect. Looking forward to next year!"

  • Adorable and relaxing cottage vacation

"Spent two weeks in Florida from Portland, Oregon, and the minute I got to the unit I felt relaxed and like I was on vacation. Super cute inside, a little like you are in a tree house. Cute furnishings, lots of Windows and sun, deck for morning and evening hang out. Spent a lot of my time walking in the neighborhood and just outside the neighborhood as well - minimal traffic, lots of other people out enjoying the area, close to convenience stores, restaurants, and the beach. Also took advantage of the shed full of kayaks and bikes. Was able to put the kayak in the Imperial River about 1/3 mile from the unit and enjoyed time on the river. Plenty of fresh linens and towels, and was great to have a washer/dryer. Comfy bed, AC, and for the times you want to chill inside there are tvs in both the living area and the bedroom with movie channels and On Demand. Steve is awesome, can tell you everything about the area, where to go, what to do, helpful hints for how to navigate during full season, and is available for calls and questions. He really cared that I had a great time and wasn't lacking for anything. Appreciate his excellent customer service and pleasant attitude/sense of humor. Would come back and stay here in a heartbeat, and will share this with all my friends."

  • Great location, amenities, beach access, wifi, bed, and furnishings for the price.

"The unit owner, Maria, was very good to work with. This was my first time to rent a condo, and she was really helpful. The unit is dated, but clean and adequate for two. I was glad that it was well enough appointed without being froufrou. The mattress is a firm memory foam and felt great. I brought my own down pillow, but her various pillow types should suit most people. We did not cook while we were there, but there were plenty of utensils and the stove appeared to be okay. The location is great for the Fort Myers/Naples area. Bonita Beach is right across the street and Lovers Key is right up the road. We had no problems with parking or traffic. HOWEVER. If you are coming in on the weekend as we did, get a temporary parking pass from the vacation company office in Building 3 lobby as soon as you get there. The resort management office is only open weekdays during regular hours. They will tow unmarked cars. We had no problems using the wifi. If you know that you will be spending most of your time outside while on vacation, this unit is just fine for sleeping and showering. If you prefer to stay inside and just watch the beach from a patio, you need to be on the west side of one of the upper floors of building 1 or 2."

  • Wonderful Florida Family Vacation

"The property is as lovely as it sounds, and the owner is responsive and helpful. It is perfectly located, being in a quiet neighborhood but near beaches, good resturaunts, and shopping. Very easy to find from the Fort Myers airport, only a 25 minute drive. Easy to get to Fort Myers, Naples, Sanibel. Mostly we hung out in the local area. We used the bikes often, taking them to Bonita Beach (1.2 miles away) and to Barefoot Beach State Preserve, about three miles from the house, and is a lovely ride through a beautiful neighborhood. If you decide to drive, go in the morning, as parking at the beaches fills by 10 am. We read about Enzo's in a previous review - awesome pizza. They have a large menu of other items as well, and you can eat in or take out. Enzo's is 6 blocks from the house, we walked. The neighborhood feels quite safe. The pool is a good size, comfortable temperature. The design of the house is perfect for family gathering. We ate outside for all our meals, as the pass through from the kitchen made this easy. The kitchen is well stocked. The swimming at the beaches is great, sandy, warm with plenty of sun. Good public facilities at the beaches. We do not fish, but there is a bait shop just a few blocks away that will assist with bait and licenses, and the locals tell us that the fishing is good. We can definitely recommend this VRBO!"
