"Because of unusual circumstances, we stayed in two of the three 7th Heaven residences. Both were excellent!! Haitham could not have been more helpful. I can imagine renting the 3 residences for a great vacation for friends and or family. Great great great"

  • Fishing Florida

"This was a good location for launching a week of fishing and kayaking in the glades. The cottage was nice and big - plenty of room for 3 occupants. It could accommodate 6 if two were sharing the king bed and 2 couches were occupied. The place was exceptionally clean and well equipped. We were not around much during the 9-5 hours so we had little to no issue with the constant buzz of the airboats during this time (they are obnoxiously loud and there are many - 40-50+). Afterhours, it was wonderfully quiet - little to no traffic in Everglades city with the grand population of 600 residents. Initial guidance to get to the location was not provided and the ph. numbers were not updated to reflect new contacts. However, with some common sense it was not difficult to sort out where the ferry was, but we had some initial trouble trying to figure out how to contact the folks running the ferry. The ferry required to travel back and forth from the island is a bit inconvenient, requiring one to call ahead to get a ride (a cellphone being a requirement here). Although prompt, it was still something I would have been happy to do without. Overall, it was a nice place to stay, but less a star for the inconvenience of the ferry and the initial trouble with directions & contact info."

  • Exceptional Home

"Our family stayed at the Casablanca home for a week over Thanksgiving 2016. Due to job commitments and financial obligations we have just recently been able to travel and make our trips a family event. We traveled to Captiva with our 32 year old daughter, husband and toddler and our 27 year old son. We have taken them to Disney World, Jamaica, Cancun and their favorite trip was Captiva! The island is wonderful but most importantly Casablanca made this trip the ultimate experience. We have never rented a private home before and the convenience of Casablanca was what made this trip the most enjoyable one. The home is in a perfect location, steps to the beach and restaurants and is equipped with everything you could possible need. It is located on Laika Lane and we rented a golf cart for the week and travel the island many times. We were all in agreement that this was the best location on the island. There is a huge master bedroom/bath upstairs with another bedroom and a walk out screened balcony and also a sun deck. This worked well for myself and husband as well as for our son. Our daughter, husband and 2 year old had the ground floor bedrooms with walkout screened balcony. We really enjoyed the pool/hot tub area and grilled out most meals. There were plenty of beach chairs, pool toys, sand toys and a wagon to haul things to the beach. We just talked about organizing a trip with the family for next year and we all agree Casablanca is the ultimate vacation. You will not be disappointed! Loved, loved, loved this home!!"
