  • Ideal Experience, Exceeded Our Expectations

"We very much enjoyed our 6 weeks in this large condo. We found it to be well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The condo is on the 4th floor (top floor) and runs from the east side of the building to the west side of the building, providing both sunrise and sunset views. We especially enjoyed the screened balcony (with ceiling fan) where we sipped our wine at sunset and watched the tide come and go, frequently seeing wildlife in the water and on the shoreline, including an occasional dolphin. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything we needed to make Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. The wifi worked perfectly. The cable TV provided many channels to choose from and amazingly there is a TV in every room. The master bedroom has 1 king bed, the 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a hide-a-bed sofa in the cozy den. There is secure covered parking under the building. The building consists of only 42 units. The pool and hot tub are lovely, usually very quiet, with an expansive view of Charlotte Harbor. The community grill always had propane available. It's a 10 minute walk to downtown Punta Gorda, a few minutes more when we took the lovely Harborwalk near the waterfront. All around a great experience. We wished we could have stayed longer."

  • Love this place!!!!!!

"This was my husband and my 4th time staying at this condo. We absolutely love this place! The condo is comfy and has everything you need. The view from the lanai is breathtaking. The beach is clean and we live to walk it to pick up shells and see the wildlife. The owner is so friendly and always makes us feel so welcomed. Our favorite end to the afternoon is a walk down the beach to the for a cold beer and a view of the ocean. Captiva is a sleepy island village that we hope to call home one day! We have another trip planned in August!"
