  • BEST place to stay.

"If you are looking for a nice, quiet, affordable, and exquisitely clean place to stay, this is the right place for you. We've stayed here for the past three years. Each time the experience has been way above par. Two clean and spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom. All the necessities to enjoy the beach and a convenient cart to carry them in. ALL you need to bring are some clothes and sun screen. The duplex is fully loaded with everything else. If you like to cook in, the kitchen is clean and well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc. Just bring your food and away you go. Did I mention it was a quiet and clean place? Yes, those things are extremely important to me and I found it here. I'd love to write something negative to keep others away, but that would not be fair to your host Candice. This is truly a great place to vacation. Enjoy your visit and get ready to give it 5 stars."

  • Perfect vacation

"First I want to say that Cheri the property manager is the best. From the time we booked our vacation to our departure she was so helpful. Anytime I had a question she responded quickly and her personality made our experience great. The house was perfect for our family. We were there with our daughter, son in law and 2 grandchildren. Our 8 year old grandson loves to fish and there were 2 fishing poles at the house. He could fish off the dock while we watched our 3 year old granddaughter swim in the amazing pool. The main reason we rented this property was for the outdoor pool area. It was screened in with a really nice outdoor kitchen and plenty of seating and area for the kids. Plus the canal view was beautiful. I really did not miss not being on the beach. We drove to the beach daily ( just a quick 10 minute drive) . The house was well equipped. There was a beach cart, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels as well as rafts and beach toys. We flew so this made it nice that we did not have to pack any of these items. The golf cart cabs were so easy to use. Free, just had to tip. Although we enjoyed walking to the village at night for dinner or just to get ice cream. The house is on a quiet dead end street and we never heard any of the the neighbors . My grandchildren did not want to leave. This was our first visit to Siesta Key but is will not be our last. I will not even consider looking for a different place to stay as this house fit all our needs perfectly."

  • Great Place to go with Room for many!

"We were there with 2 families and the house was set up great for that. Only a block walk to town center so very handy. Very nice pool area and room for many. Kids had their friends over during the day and there was plenty of room by the pool. Very nice place to stay and convenient to everything."

  • Beau Rivage 163362

"We stayed in this Condo from Jan. 1 - March 31. It is a comfortable unit and has a beautiful view. The kitchen is well equipped. (It even has a Keurig coffee maker which we loved.) We especially liked the gym and kept up on our walking schedule in air conditioned comfort. We enjoyed watching movies a few times in the threater downstairs. The Condo is beautifully decorated. Lots of thick, fluffy towels, including beach towels, were appreciated. The pool area is beautiful and has a great view of the Caloosahatchee River. We loved the free trolley that picks you up right out front and takes you right downtown Fort Myers. It runs every 15 minutes or so and sure beats finding a parking place. Downtown always has something going on, especially on the weekends. Our favorite place for breakfast is the Oasis and our favorite lunch or dinner place is Cabo. We also loved the French Connection and the Lodge. The owners are very nice and only a phone call away if you have any questions."
