  • Lovely property - home from home

"The property was spacious and lovely. Fantastic facilities, great pool and amazing to have the boat. Tom the owner was most helpful and very responsive. The boat made it for us. Captain David was helpful and spent the best part of Sunday morning talking us through things and taking us out to practically demonstrate. At first it seems a bit overwhelming but after a couple of trips it got a lot easier. We saw Dolphins and went shelling on Sanibel Island. We spent one day in the Everglades which was also great and every other day we went out in the boat. We visited a number of different bars and restaurants recommended by David, all of which were good. We particularly enjoyed Rum Runners. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. We had a thoroughly relaxing time and would recommend to anyone."

  • The perfect home for water lovers!

"Keith and Melissa were fantastic hosts! The house is very clean and the perfect location. The is a boat lovers dream. Boat ramp is just a mile or so away, easy access from the canal to open water. The pool & hot tub was heated for us during our Christmas getaway. Excellent restaurants in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back! Thanks again!!"

  • Great Family Vacation

"Lots of room for a family vacation. Very quiet neighborhood and the home had everything we needed including comfy beds.Just bring your bathing suit and relax. We rented a boat for the week but it was a trip to get to Sanibel, at least 30 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. We did get stuck in a storm twice and ran to the closest place to stop with the boat. The town was really quiet since it was Labor day week. A lot of restaurants were closed so we spent most nights eating at home.Sue was available to answer all our questions. I always over pack and having chairs, umbrellas, coolers and toys for the beach saved room in the car. My 20 month old grandson wanted to spend time either on the boat or pool. When he saw the pool every morning all he would say is pool, pool, pool. We also took two trips to a local park, Fellowship Park at Cape Christian .They have a coffee shop, playground, basketball, splash park and it is free. Check out the site on Google. Husband loved having Dunkin Donuts less than a mile away. Wish the week went slow was not ready to leave. Thanks Sue for sharing your home and Lola enjoyed all the lizards the best."
