  • David Graves' home in The Tides at Pelican Landing, a gated community in Bonita Springs, FL.

"We were lucky enough to stay four months in this very attractive and well kept condo at the Tides at Pelican Landing. It was a joy. It is perfectly located in this gated community. The property is very well kept, and the inside is decorated with class and taste. Upon entering, you feel at home. The condo is very well kept and has all the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and plan on coming back next year."

"We have been vacationing in Fort Myers Beach for the last 11 years. This has been the most enjoyable week we have ever spent here. The condo was more than we expected. The pictures do not do it justice. The property is maintained and clean. This will be where we stay when we visit here."

  • A Great Place to Stay - Our Third Year Here

"I would echo all the positive comments below. The pool, easy access to the beach and Lover's Key, and the nearby Santini Plaza are big pluses in our book. We brought an inexpensive king converter kit and made the two twin beds into a king. We had previously rented in December, and wondered if the island would be crowded in February, but it turned out not to be very crowded at all down on this end of the island. Currently driving off the island to the north can be very slow on weekdays due to road construction near the area of the library, so we usually took the southern bridge which goes past Lover's Key. We highly recommend this condo and will be returning next year."

  • Perfect getaway and outstanding host!

"We just spent a wonderful month (March 2016) at this Iona home! The house is clean, attractive, has a beautiful view looking down the canal to the river & is well equipped with everything you need. You just need to bring your clothes & personal care items. The location is ideal; in a residential neighborhood close to grocery store, restaurants, outlet stores, pharmacy etc. We particularly liked eating out at the nearby Cape Cod Fish Co. The salmon BLT is great! Good barbecue at the Hickory Bar-B-Q down the road. We also found a good fish market - Beach Seafood Market on San Carlos Blvd. The staff is very helpful & the black fin snapper we brought home to cook was excellent. It is a short drive to Ft. Meyers Beach & Sanibel Island. If you go to Sanibel, don't miss Ding Darling Nature Preserve if you enjoy seeing the local wildlife, great views & lots of birds. The owner, Jim, is easy to contact and responds quickly to any question or need you may have. The washer died one afternoon (stuff happens!); we contacted Jim and within 2 hours the handyman was there; took care of the old washer & installed a brand new washing machine. My wet clothes hadn't even dried yet! All & all we had a great time, wonderful weather & came home relaxed & grateful for a fabulous vacation!"
