  • Beautiful home and property!

"Overall we had a nice stay your home is beautiful. We did notice the tap water was very salty and the water pressure in the Master bath shower was very low. But everything was wonderful, we loved the house."

  • Great Place to Stay

"We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is very nicely decorated and the kitchen is well furnished with all the utensils and dishware that you would need. Condo overlooks a canal with wooded area beyond so you can enjoy the lanai without feeling that someone across the canal is watching. We saw manatees in the canal on several occasions. We had virtually no problems but the owner was very quick to respond when we did need to contact them. Cape Coral is a very large community with many, many restaurants and sports bars. There is an excellent parks department that has numerous parks around town to enjoy and they also have planned events and activities frequently. Visit the Chamber's visitor center on Cape Coral Parkway to pick up information about the area. Two farmers markets (one Saturday am and one on Tuesday pm) offer plenty of opportunity to purchase produce and a variety of items. Cape Coral does have one relatively small, but nice, beach that is actually on the Caloosahatchee River. Other beaches, such as Bunche, Fort Myers, and Sanibel are a short drive away if you desire to be on the Gulf itself. Condo complex has a nice pool and tennis courts."

  • Spacious and comfortable

"We stayed in this amazing property during Feb 2017. The house has a lot of living space. The pool, hot tub and lanai are well maintained and create a relaxing paradise, especially with the view of the pond. Sunsets are absolutely beautiful while sitting in the hot tub, although I found at times that the water was only warm. This could be because the temperatures were dipping to mid 50s overnight. Pool towels are provided. The master suite is in a separate wing and very private. For hot water in the kitchen and bathrooms, you must run the left tap for a long time because they are all quite far from the hot water tank. The house appears newly remodelled and decorated, tiled throughout. The kitchen has nice major appliances and smaller ones (coffee drip, blender, espresso machine). Also washer and dryer. It is located a short drive to Walmart, Publix, and many other stores/restaurants on Del Prado Dr. and very close to the north bridge to downtown Fort Myers. Rosa is the property manager and was easy to contact and attentive to our requests. We really enjoyed ourselves."

  • Had a wonderful stay at Villi Nessi.

"Beautiful three bedroom home that has a three part patio door that opens fully to a screened pool area expanding your space and capturing the sun and warmth of Florida. A short drive away to MLB training facilities, Fort Myers Airport, the beach and shopping."
