  • Relaxing

"The villa had a lovely pool area looking out onto the waterway which was lovely to sit out at night and watch the sunset. Large spacious villa in a quiet location. Some of the furniture was a bit worn & could do with updating but I would still recommend staying here. Had a great two weeks."

  • We had a wonderful week!

"My family of 5 including 3 kids from 9 to 16, my niece and my parents (8 people altogether) had a great time! The house was very comfortable and easily slept 8. The heated pool was a big hit for the kids. In the mornings and evenings when it wasn't too hot we enjoyed leaving the large glass doors open to the lanai creating a wide open space from the living room to the pool. We enjoyed taking the boat out fishing on the river and further out toward Sanibel. We caught lots of fish (including 2 stingrays and an eel) and saw several dolphins and 2 manatees. Brad and Nadia were very friendly and quick to assist with anything we needed. Thanks!"

  • Loved it

"We came to Cape Coral for my mom 90th and decided to get a house for rent with my cousin, her daughter and 2 grandchildren. Beforehand Richard was always prompt in answering questions. The house was lovely with plenty of space for the grandkids in and out. There was an infant chair and bed at the house so convenient. Pool and area were clean we even had my mother over one day with my brother for a BBQ all loved the place. Also, mom was able to get around the house and pool area easily with her walker. Need a car to get to the beaches unless you are an avid bike rider. My husband and I did rent bikes and rode to yacht club area beach. There is a wal mart grocer walking distance. We had a great time and would rent from Richard again."

  • A great place for a family get-together!

"This house was perfect for my husband and me and our son and family. The teenagers especially enjoyed the heated pool. The location was convenient to places we wanted to see-- including a Twins Spring Training Game, shell collecting and playing in the surf on Sanibel Island, and bird and animal watching at the Six Mile Cypress Swamp. We also visited relatives in the area-- our cousin's Alva Country Diner east of Ft. Myers had tasty food at reasonable prices and a great menu! Other new favorite restaurants included the Lobster Lady in Cape Coral, the American European Bakery and Cafe in Ft. Myers and the Bubble Room on Captiva. The house had a well-equipped kitchen, nicely appointed bedrooms and baths with lots of towels! We cooked breakfast every morning, and packed picnic lunches several times. One evening we found a seafood store and cooked our own shrimp and fish for dinner. Another time, we made a quick dinner with roasted chicken with sides and a pie from the nearby Publix grocery. Chris was very friendly and helpful (he suggested the Lobster Lady restaurant). He made sure we had his phone number and assured us he could be there shortly if we had any problems, which we didn't. Thanks Chris for a great place to stay!"
