  • All the comforts of home!

"We have stayed in this home two years in February and March and one week in April a different year. The rooms are nicely decorated as in the photos, very roomy. The pool is huge and the lanai has much space and many chairs and lounges. The bathrooms are very well stocked with many towels. The kitchen has so many dishes, appliances, and utensils! Also, two very nice bicycles are there to ride with bike trails and paths near by. A very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The property manager and owner are very responsive and take care of any need immediately. The home has always been extra clean every time we have rented and pool services and lawn care keep it very neat. Two cute little burrowing owls reside next door and are fun to watch. It is very close to Shops at Surfside, restaurant, farmers market and Matlacha and Pine Island, as well as many shopping centers and groceries that are not too distant. We would highly recommend this home to our friends and relatives. G & J, Minnesota"

  • Great place to stay in Cape Coral

"It worked well for us as a home away from home. It was clean and adequately supplied with what we needed."

  • Prime Boating Location.

"If you're planning on renting a boat for your Cape Coral vacation, this is the place for you. One turn off the boat lift and in about a minute you're on the river on your way to Sanibel, Ft. Meyers, Captiva or any one of the tons of islands/attractions the Cape has to offer. The home has an excellent view of the intersecting canals and the sunsets are outstanding. We saw dolphins feeding/playing off the back dock in the canal more than one time during our week stay. The home has four large bedrooms (one master suite on the main floor and three upstairs), so everyone had more than enough space. One of the upstairs bathrooms is attached to one of the bedrooms to make another pseudo-suite. Some of the decor is a bit dated, and the kitchen cabinets are starting to show their age, but I'd still be more than happy to call this place "home." My kids basically lived in the pool when we weren't off on some excursion. Ines (the property manager) was great. I didn't have any problems at the house, but if I did, I have no doubt she would have been right on top of it. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze. We'll definitely be back to Cape Coral in the future, and likely, it will be to this property."
