  • Beautiful Vacation Property on Marco Island

"One of the most notable features of this property is that you will never want to leave it! It is one of the most beautiful homes on Marco Island that we have had the opportunity to visit. It is located just a few minutes walk to the entrance to Tiger Tail Beach Park and a short drive to stores and restaurants. The home is just stunning! It is luxurious yet very comfortable. The owners provide you with all the amenities including a large well equipped gourmet kitchen, comfortable bedding and furniture, four bikes, several beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, closets full of bath and beach towels, plenty of linens, gas grill and beautiful pool area. The property is managed by Marco Island Rental Properties Inc. located on Collier Blvd, and Maria, Adele and Cindy are very helpful taking care of all the arrangements and making sure you're having a great vacation! This is one property you have to visit for your next Marco vacation!"

  • A little bit of paradise

"The condo is well maintained. There are books, dvd's, and ever utensil needed for cooking if you desire (we took advantages of the restaurants: Doc Ford, George and Windy, Island Cow, and Green Flash. The lanai is screened and equipped with variable speed fans, a real nice feature. No need to bring floats, beach chairs, noodles, or umbrellas. How you could improve on the condo amenities is beyond imagination. Now to the view. As a second floor unit, 227, you see the lagoon, surrounded by Palmetto trees, the ocean, and birds. Because of an Atlantic hurricane our stay had a good deal of rain so breakfasting on the lanai, watching the birds, and just rocking in the rockers was most relaxing. As you may have gathered, we had a very enjoyable stay."

  • Absolutely wonderful!

"My husband, children (ages 10, 7 and 7) and I could not have imagined a more relaxing week than we enjoyed at Casa. We usually head to Disney over Spring Break, but this year decided we would prefer a slower pace. We certainly do not regret that decision, or the decision to stay in this amazing home. From the moment we pulled in the gated entrance and stood at the front door, we were in awe of the views of the water from nearly every room. So private, so serene, so relaxing. The pool was a dream for the kids, as was the grassy area bordering the river where they ran and played, saw wildlife (dolphins, manatees, even a bald eagle), and even had an egg hunt on Easter. We loved all of the outdoor furniture (especially the high Adirondack chair that offered sweeping views of the river) and the hammock. The sunsets were indescribable. We drove to Siesta Key one day and Anna Maria a couple of times, but the time we relished most was the unhurried time we spent at the house swimming in the pool, relaxing by the water and enjoying the time away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen was massive and there was plenty of seating for meals and relaxing. The bedrooms were tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. And Julie was very responsive during the reservation process, pre-arrival, and throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to rent this beautiful, unique property again and cannot wait to return!"
