  • Good place

"Nous avons trouvé cet appartement parfait . Nous étions deux couple et la configuration des chambres est parfaite. La cuisine est très bien équipé. On y trouve tout . Tout est propre. Nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire pour la plage. Serviettes.chaises. Glacières. Rien a redire. Nous espérons y retourner. Merci gwendolyne."

  • Lovely holiday week at Pointe Santo on Sanibel Island

"This condo right on the beach was great and worth the cost of being so close to the gulf. The views and surf were amazing. We lucked out and the weather was fantastic, aside from a cooler day at the end of the week. The kitchen was very well stocked, and aside from dull knives (my husband, the chef, is very snobbish about knives), we had everything we needed in the cooking utensil/pots and pans arena. The downside, and reason for knocking off a star, is that it would have been nice if VIP rental and/or the owners would have told us things like there is no salt and pepper (Florida law, we were told), there were only a few dishwasher pods, minimal laundry soap, a few trash bags, etc). I asked VIP and was told they give renters a "starter kit" to get them through a few days. For what we paid, this was very cheap on their part. Future renters - you will love this place, but if you don't want to waste money on the things mentioned, bring some from home. The salt and pepper was a shock, but luckily our niece arrived before us so we scammed some from a food court in the airport, since we arrived late on Christmas Eve and stores were not open. One really nice thing VIP did was let us know that Bailey's (the local everything store) would deliver food even if nobody was in the condo yet, so we had enough food for Christmas day when everything (even all restaurants) was closed aside from 7 Eleven. To sum up, Sanibel is the place to be if you love unspoiled beaches, nature and less commercialism. This condo was very comfortable and we don't regret paying extra to be as close to the gulf as it gets."

  • Great Condo & Complex!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our Spring Break vacation at this condo. Since there was only one review, I was hesitant about booking, but very pleasantly surprised. The owner was very friendly and accommodating ... even overnighted the key to us to ensure we'd have it in time, and also refunded our deposit promptly. This is NOT your stripped down, six plates and six towels condo. It is well-stocked and even had hotel-type amenities ... soaps, shampoos, extra towels and sheets, extra beach towels. We enjoyed the small size of the complex and the neighbors (other visitors or residents) were friendly. Being right on the large canal was great. We rented a tandem kayak and two stand up paddleboards from Lortz Islandsportz (239-246-9860) and really enjoyed our time on the water. This is a small family company and who delivered free to Cape Coral and gave us a discount for the week rental. No one minded that the kayak was stored on the dock or grassy area nearby. The paddleboards fit on the lanai. Back to the condo ... the beds were comfy, it was well appointed and IMMACULATE! My teens appreciated the wifi and since we were there for the season finale of The Walking Dead, I appreciated the extensive cable package and DVR. We've never had that amenity, even at condos that rent for 3X this price! The pool was right outside the lanai, so very convenient and great for keeping an eye on my son. The spa area was nice ... Grounds and pool were well-maintained. Most evenings we had the dock and palapa table to ourselves. We kayaked down to the next canal intersection for a water sunset one evening ... overall great, relaxing time. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. We will be back!"

  • 6 Beautiful Nights in Paradise

"A big thank you goes out to Bill and Sandy!!!!! Your home was beautiful, clean, and located in a very nice and quiet location. The photos online does not do your home justice it was huge and amazing. My husband and I got to catch a few fish off the dock, rode the bikes around the area, and made use of the lovely spa and pool! Your home was centrally located to the beach and pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico along with various restaurants ranging from Italian, American, to amazing seafood for dining! Shopping was made easy and even had a centrally located grocery store to purchase day to day items. Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful time while in Marco Island and appreciate all the advice on things to do while in the area. If we ever head back to Marco Island, we will definitely reach back out to you. Your home is worth coming back to!"
