  • Modern Home with Amazing Views

"My wife, 2 Kids, even Grandpa and Grandma stopped by to this lovely waterfront Cape Coral Home in Florida. We spent most of July there and what a great time it was. First time we visited Cape Coral and after what we experienced it surely would not be the last. We selected the home based on the pictures we saw and the location it was in. Little did we know that we selected one of the best homes Cape Coral has to offer (in that size of course). When we entered the home we were taking back by the view immediately from the front door all the way thru the living room, the lanai, then the pool, and then the channel. We were in awe to say the least. We found the house to be well kept as most of the interior and exterior looks as if it was recently constructed. Great spacious Master Bedroom and Bathroom. Great Living Room space. The Kitchen is big and has a great inventory. There was nothing we needed to purchase to prepare our meals as they had everything we needed to use to prepare our meals. The other 2 Rooms were perfect for the kids and grandparents. One of them has a pool table with a sofa bed and the other was a full bedroom. They both share one big bathroom in between them. We enjoyed playing pool everyday as much as we enjoyed jumping in the pool almost every day. We also took advantage of the home's location and visited all the neighboring towns like Fort Myers (lot's to do there), Sanibel Island (the beaches are awesome), Captiva Island (there actually still exist Island living there) and other nearby Malls and Outlets. We went to experience The Everglades which took us about 1 hour and 15 minutes to get there but it was well worth it (We loved the history). The sunset views were the most beautiful we have experienced. My wife and I quite often sat on the Lanai both in the mornings and at night just to sip on coffee and soak in the views. The home lends itself for a very relaxing vacation or for a very exciting one. My kids helped us experience both while we were there especially when the Grandparents were around. We were all very comfortable there and slept great as the house can get very cool at night with the fans and air conditioning. The sound system can be played through out the house as there are speakers in mostly every room and in the pool area which we got to enjoy a few times. There is a lot to admire about the home, the canals, and Cape Coral itself. It was definetely worth the trip."

  • Great location for water views and boating

"What a wonderful time staying at Bayview. The owners have done an excellent job of having all the amenities for your vacation including a boat with electric ramp with easy access to the Intercoastal. Captain Dave provided many ideas for having a meal via the boat and docking in Ft Myers Beach, Captiva/Sanibel, or our favorite in St James City at the Lower Key Tiki restaurant. Bayside is in an ideal location with a canal that is wide enough to give you spacious water views. We look forward to a return visit."

  • Fantastic home with big pool

"As a party of 7 we were going to need a big house. Pictures and description on the internet led us to this house and are 100% accurate. It is a very spacious and comfortable, clean house. The well maintained outdoor area with a very big pool was fantastic. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood not far from the shops. Upon arrival we were overwhelmed by the size and cleanliness of the home. On the kitchen counter was a bowl of fresh fruit and cool drinks were in the fridge. What a nice gesture. We already felt welcome. The property manager Sigrid is very helpfull. She explained how all the appliances work and gave us hints on where to eat. Everything we needed for our stay was available and in good condition. We rented a boat from the owner which was at the dock of the house when we arrived. I called the captain / instructor Charles and he arrived on the appointed date to instruct me how to use the boat. After having explained the basics of boating and how everything works, we went off for the practical part of the instruction. After he was sure I felt comfortable driving the boat, he had me do a couple of manoeuvres and showed me where to get fuel and gave me some good hints of where to go with the boat. If you take it easy and use common sense, boating is easy and really enjoyable. We had a wonderfull four days with the boat. There are two interesting books in the home. one is a guest book and the other is an information book. Both are interesting to read! The owner of the house was very helpfull in our planing. Everything went smoothly. For a large group (max. 8) this is the home you will want! There is plenty of room for everybody in- and outside. We definitely will be back. Thank you for all your support for making our holiday one we will always happily remember."
