  • Gorgeous beach view

"My wife and I (with a few days from an adult son) had a wonderful time in this condo. It is clean, comfortable, quiet, and had a gorgeous 180degree view of the beach and the Gulf. We could sit on the 4th floor balcony listening to the waves and when the sun was too hot, we could move inside and with the sliding doors open have the same view. The beach was never crowded and afforded miles of walking. There are chairs and a covered area making time on the beach comfortable and easy. And my son and I held fierce shuffleboard competitions. The location is excellent. A large, excellent supermarket a couple of miles away. Restaurants within minutes drive. Finally, Wielands (condo owners) were a pleasure to work with. They were friendly, responsive and helpful from start to finish. If you are looking for a lovely, relaxing getaway on the beautiful Gulf Coast, you can not do better than this."

  • Best view on Siesta Key

"The sweeping beach views from every room in the house, plus the location within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in Siesta Key Village made for a most relaxing and memorable family vacation! We liked the layout of the house, with the bedrooms upstairs and away from the living space. The kitchen is well equipped, and the very large flat panel wall-mounted TV in the living room was great for "movie nights". There's a Weber gas grill on the deck outside the kitchen which we used and enjoyed. The garage contained an assortment of beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, toys, etc. which saved us from making our usual trip to a store buy these items. This house is an excellent choice if you're looking for a place where you can just park the car for the duration of your vacation, and walk a very short distance to a great variety of restaurants, shops, and stores (only 0.2 miles to the Daiquiri Deck restaurant/bar!). Being on the northern end of the island, you also have a short and easy drive to Marina Jacks, St. Armands Circle, and other points of interest near downtown Sarasota. Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home, and we'll certainly be coming back in future years."

  • One of the best locations in Marco Island

"We stayed in 1330 Forrest Court for 17 days in July 2016. We were two families, in total four adults and five children. We had an amazing time in Marco Island. The house was perfect for us and we felt like home right away. It contains everything you need (plus a lot more) and the comfort level was 1st class. Even With nine people in the house there was more than enough space for the children to play and the adults to relax. Moreover, the outside area with the pool as the midpoint is very nice. The location is one of the best on the island facing Smokehouse Creek, which is a more open area than the narrow canals where most similar houses are located. We even saw dolphins playing around the dock almost on a daily basis! The owners were very helpful and flexible and they genuinely wanted us to have really good time in their house. They made everything very convenient for us and we could enjoy every moment of our vacation without worrying about practicalities with the house. The property was very clean and well maintained. Everything is of high quality in this house. The bathrooms and kitchen were up to the absoulutely latest standards, beds are very comfortable (we all slept like babies!) and the entertainment systems give you everything you need and are easy to use. The reality actually exceeded the impression we had got from the description and the photos on the Internet. We can highly recommend 1330 Forrest Court for anyone that wants to enjoy Marco Island and the surrounding areas in a comfortable and luxurious manner!"

  • Cozy, Convenient, and Charming

"This studio unit was nicely appointed. It had a well-stocked modern kitchen and the bathroom was very spacious with a lot of natural light. The complex, grounds, pool and laundry areas are well maintained. It is walking distance (or a quick bicycle ride) to shops, grocery stores, cinemas, and restaurants. Charming neighborhood. Thank you, again, Marian and Devin."
