  • Beautiful Condo

"We just returned from our week stay at Captiva with our 2 Grandsons. My husband and I vacation quite a bit and this was on the top of places we have rented. Kim has everything you need in this beautiful condo plus some.I normally dread sleeping in a "vacation" bed but I wish I could have brought this one home. I highly recommend a stay here and I will definitely rent from Kim again when we return back to the island."

  • Great Condo and location.

"We chose this condo unit for its lovely sunset views and its close proximity to the pool and beach. The unit was very comfortably furnished with great linens and we enjoyed staying in and cooking, kitchen utensils were perfect. We loved the patio to view the sunsets."

  • Couldn't have been nicer!

"I love researching for unique and comfortable places to stay prior to our vacations. I came across "Miller time" on VRBO last year while looking for a nice house on Captiva That would sleep 4 adults and 3 children. My requirements were to be within walking distance to the restaurants and activities while also being secluded for privacy when we were ready to settle in. We also wanted close beach access, a pool, parking for two cars, two bathrooms, washer & dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. We were not disappointed!! Everything that is listed on VRBO is accurate and so much more! We had a short walk (2 blocks) each day to go to the many restaurant choices. Doc Ford's was our favorite (5 blocks), plus there is a Starbuck's right across the street. Key Lime Bistro was our second favorite. YOLO rentals had everything you need for water fun and there was even a water taxi right down the street that took us to Cabbage Key for lunch. If we come back to Captiva for a future vacation, we will look to "Miller time" for our stay, but honestly, with their flawless house and perfect location (and reasonable price) I would book early to make sure you lock this place in. P.S. If you are church goers, you will enjoy the quaint non-denominational service at the Chapel by the Sea just 4 doors down from the house."

  • A Fine Destination

"We had a large group stay at this house in Jan 2017, and everybody quite enjoyed the time there. The pool/hot tub were in continual use. The Gulf beach is just a walk down the driveway and another point of daily enjoyment with it's sunsets and shells for collectors. The house was spacious, with lots of room for everybody. Bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. We went to Ding Darling Wildlife refuge for their tram tour and found it very informative. There were several good places to eat within easy walking distance (Doc Ford's was very good) and the electric golf cart is there to be used if you are in a hurry. But, on vacation in Fla, why would you be in a hurry?"
