  • just what was needed

"Even with Tropical Storm Colin closing the Skyway bridge and the ferry to access the island, it did not disrupt a wonderful stay here (just cut it short by a day unfortunately :(((( ) The accomodations were wonderful, the beach empty and yet still so serene with uncommon crashing waves...The highlights of the trip were the very cool paddle through the mangroves, the sea turtle tracks directly in front of the townhouse, and the aability to relax and be away from it all! Thank you for a perfect 50th birthday getaway! Can't wait to come back!!!"

  • Getaway weekend via boat

"We wanted to relax and fish. This beach home was perfect. Property, home, pool and spa exceptionally well maintained and clean. I loved the decor and the multiple ceiling fans. The dock had a fish cleaning station and the neighbor had a green underwater light which showed plenty of snook. Bikes were provided, making a short but enjoyable ride to the beach at sunset. I would definitely stay again."

  • Exceeded our expectations!

"We just returned from a 1 week stay with another couple and could not have been happier with Incommunicado. The owners thought of everything, the house was so clean and outfitted with beach towels, umbrella, chairs, and kayaks, we really didn't need to bring anything. We had 5 other couples at two other locations and they all loved this little place when we hosted a dinner. We were able to kayak in the inlet and we also rented a pontoon to Boca Grande and Cabbage Key. The pool was very clean and refreshing, but most of our time was spent on the beach. A beach we basically had to ourselves! What a relaxing vacation! We are already planning our next trip and Incommunicado will be our home for that week...you can bet on it!"
