  • Comfortable home

"We enjoyed staying at Steven and Christine's. We weren't able to spend any time at the house beyond sleeping but everything was as we had expected. Good beds. Big master shower. Quiet. Plenty of room if you need a place for a big family or friend's getaway."

  • Cute, cozy and great location.

"This was a perfect home base for our first stay in Anna Maria. The unit location with patio facing the canal and docks gave us that touch of water view without actually being on the beach or bay. The location of the complex couldn't have been better, handy to the little shops, restaurants and city pier, yet set back off the street so peaceful and quiet. The unit has been recently refurbished and redecorated and is cute as can be with many "beachy" touches. Each day I would notice some new decorative accessory. Very well equipped with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, games etc. Beverly was quite accessible and we are so thankful she was able to accommodate us for two extra days when our flight to Denver was cancelled due to a storm.. Our only slight concern was the lack of drawer space in the bedrooms but there was adequate closet and bench space to make due. We flew into Sarasota and the drive to Anna Maria was easy and hassle free. We loved hanging out in the little village of Anna Maria, walking the beach and enjoying the shops and cute museum. Elsewhere on the island, Coquina Beach was beautiful and one of the nicest public beaches we"ve ever experienced. Broad, white sand beach, plenty of parking, shady spots with picnic tables and good bathrooms and snack bar. The other must see in the area is the Ringling Museum in Sarasota. It's three museums in one on beautiful grounds right across the road from the airport. It has a wonderful model circus replica, a fabulous art museum and a beautiful mansion to tour. We loved this area and certainly hope to return and would love to stay in the same unit."

  • Clean and adequate

"The property and condo was clean and adequate. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay. The only compliant is the master bath shower was poorly lacking water pressure and master bedroom TV was not working. Those were the only two complaints our family had on vacation."

  • Jimmy & Cristy Myers

"Yes, it is quite the private Oasis. Stayed here with my Wife and Sister and another Sister joined us later in the Week. An impromptu Wedding occurred between another Sister and her Fiance (staying in Pass-a-Grille) and we decided to host a reception for them here and with the view of the Sunset and the Waterway, it was Gorgeous. Brenda was quite supportive. An extra bonus was that a Tropical Storm blew through and although the streets of Pass-a-Grille were flooded, we were quite high enough and had no flooding. Would definitely recommend this Property and are looking at going back this Summer!"
