  • Excellant vacation rental

"The property was clean and well maintained meeting our expectations. Its location on a canal with easy access to the Gulf met our boating needs and near good eating locations. Fishing could have been better which was affected by the high water and water temperature. Grand daughter loved the shark teeth hunting on the beach. Would recommend. Dwight"

  • Quality vacation

"Kim and Billy did their utmost to ensure that we were well informed about all the local attractions and eateries, and they were available to answer any questions we had. The property is convenient to beaches, parks and restaurants. The house is well equipped and generously stocked. The beds are very comfortable...I can't see any downside to staying here, and I recommend this listing."

  • Excellent quiet neighborhood with easy access to area attractions

"In a quiet neighborhood, but very quick access to major roads to reach the beaches, bays, Manasota Key, Englewood, Rotunda, and North Port. Venice is 20 minutes away and Sarasota is a thirty minute drive. Lots of choices for vacationing fun in this area. Plenty of reason to relax at home with ample-sized bedrooms, a nice living room, and a nice hot tub. Small kitchen is well equipped. Host is very supportive."

  • Quiet, beautiful apartment on the beach

"Clean, spacious apartment upstairs with a grat view. Fully furnished, including beach chairs, umbrellas, some toys. Walkable to restaurants. Short drive back to mainland for everything else. Pleasant Manager who was efficient and helpful. It is a quieter area (not Sanibel or Ft Myers Beach) which isn't for everyone. State park at the end is the island is really neat and we rent kayaks in he parking lot to go on the inter coastal to a sandbar where we could swim before paddling back. Beautiful, calm activity. Highly recommend!"
