  • A sweet stay

"I stayed at the Sugar Shack for a week at Christmas 2016 with my family. It was comfortable and well stocked with the necessities. The short walk to the beach was a bonus. I really liked the how-to videos provided by the owner who always responsive to questions."

"We stayed one week arriving on 7/29/16. We loved it. A true beach house and so close to the beach and everything else that we needed. Very clean and comfortable. If we come back to this area again, we will definitely stay here. My sister-in- law has family living in Englewood and we are advising her to stay here on her next visit down. Thanks Debbie."

  • Wonderful Week on Manasota Key

"Our family spent a wonderful week at Manasota Key and the highlight was our private and comfortable stay at the house. With Lemon Bay in our backyard with a boat dock and the Gulf across the street with a beautiful beach, what could you ask for more? Well, the lanai and private clean pool is more. There is also a clean home (no crawling bugs) and linens and beach towels to lighten the travel load. There are good restaurants a half mile down the road and everything else 1.5 miles away. We had a great time and will be back. Thanks, Lori."

  • Elizabeth Phelps

"The unit was beautifully decorated and very clean. We couldn't have dreamed of a better location. We were short walk to the beach with a roof top porch to overlook the golf. The home had every possible amenity we needed such as bikes, a washer and dryer kayaks , and charcoal grills. We enjoyed a morning bike ride to a second beach that was farther from the home. Both beaches are littered with Beautiful shells and shark teeth . I saw others filling buckets and bags with them. We drove down to visit also Sanibel and Captiva which were filled with people are beach at Mannasota key was sparsely populated. One evening before sunset we went out and had the beach just about to ourselves ."
