  • Excellent Vacation Home

"We've been staying at this lovely place for five or six years now, and are looking forward to heading back next winter! The house really is open, roomy, well stocked, and very comfortable. Being so close to the water, it's lovely to hear the the waves splash in, and the sunsets are fantastic! My husband loves to fish, and there are lots places he can fish without a boat, and happily, he has friends who have access to boats."

  • Gorgeous Property in an Extremely Private Setting

"Uptown gated community situated right on the beach. The photos are quite accurate and the owner Maria is a pleasure to do business with. The kitchen is well appointed...just bring your food and drink and chill. Abundant space and quite appropriate for 2/3 couples or an extended family. Great wifi speed (25 meg down) and all of the peace and quiet that you can handle. We will return!"

  • The proximity to Stump Pass Park and having access to bikes, kayaks and paddle boards were great.

"We cooked a few nights and walked to Flounders Restaurant twice where we ran into upstairs housemates and enjoyed dining with them our last night We took advantage of everything the house offered and biked to different beaches and walked the birding trail to the north and went on a very nice guided walk with a retired park ranger in Stump Pass Park (it is worth checking the board for announcements while You are there). She gave an excellent history of the area and good info on the flora and fauna. Very enjoyable. We went by kayak to the next key south of Stump Pass. The weather was great and the days flew by."
