  • Garden Terrace

"My husband and I spent a glorious nine days in the Garden Terrace. As promised, Rich greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. He is as attentive as you want him to be. If you need something or have a question he is right on top of it. If you want to be left alone he will respect your privacy. The studio was clean and well equipped. It actually came with more amenities than we were expecting. There were bikes, beach chairs, a gas grill. Rich happily lent us his canoe for a delightful paddle in the canals. Garden Terrace is very private and quiet. I used the outside shower every day and it was refreshing. The ten minute walk to the beach was mellow, as was the beach. No crowds at this end. We walked to town almost every night for dinner, sometimes by beach for the sunset... ah... Rich quickly returned our security deposit. We will be back!"

  • Everything we were looking for!!

"My wife and I were just awe-struck when we entered the condo and noticed the great furnishing inside and upon opening the curtains there is just this great view with palm trees, the pool area, large deck by the beach and the gulf. Siesta Dunes staff is very friendly and their grounds are just like a postcard, we highly recommend renting this condo as you will not want to leave."

  • Perfect Location

"My husband and I enjoyed our three weeks in this well-equipped condo. Everything we needed was there, including lots of drawer space and hangers and a desk for our computer - greatly appreciated! We loved the third floor location, which was high enough for a good view of the gulf but low enough to skip the elevator if we felt like using the stairs (although we never had to wait long for an elevator). And so close to the beach - just out the door and across the street to the public park, which was never too crowded. There were beautiful neighborhoods nearby to walk in, and also excellent restaurants a short distance away. All in all, a perfect spot for a winter break."

  • Great experience

"Everything other reviewers have stated is accurate. Tom was easy to work with and very response to questions and had great suggestions, i.e. Where to rent a boat. The cottage was impeccable and very up to date. All the amenities make for a great vacation, particularly the bikes and beach equipment. The only down side is its close proximity to US 41 with all the road noise and congestion. Having said that you are well located to take advantage of all that Naples offers. The beds are heavenly. Don't miss the Real McCaw restaurant less than 1 mile away for a fantastic local treat. I'll be back to the cottage!"
