  • Spring Break 2016

"This house was absolutely beautiful. We had 2 families of 4 staying here. The house was large enough for both families to enjoy each others company and still have the privacy. We had such a great time walking to the ocean or down to Time Square. We would definitely rent this house again if it's available and if we decide to come back to Fort Myers Beach. Thank you Donna for making this one of the best vacations ever for our families."

  • Great condo and location.

"The condo was very nice! Everything we needed. Plenty of space for our 11 and 13 year old boys. Great location. Quiet end of the island. Close enough to everything. Only complaint was water clarity in the area. We went to several other beaches nearby with much better water clarity. Still had a great time and caught fish too."

  • Easy, Breezy South Fort Myers Beach condo

"This comfortable condo has everything we needed and then some - we particularly appreciated the lanai, the comfortable beds and the large master bathroom. All you need to bring is beach towels! The heated pool in the complex is nice, and everyone is very helpful, including Brenda in the front office. An easy walk (5 minutes) across the street and down a sandy path takes you right to the beach, which must be at its widest here! Sun chairs, umbrellas and cabanas are available for rent. A seafood restaurant, "Pinchers", in one of the adjoining beach hotels has a tiki bar with drinks and food right on the beach. Just south of the condo complex is a CVS and a small, cute shopping plaza (Santini) with a couple of restaurants and a lively market on Tuesday mornings. For a supermarket, go north to hit Publix. For more restaurants and general "beach craziness", go north. If you're here for the beach, stay right where you are and enjoy! We loved it and will be back. Tip: "Fresh Catch Bistro" further up the beach for Happy Hour, starting at 3 pm - great affordable drinks and food with a view. Or Happy Hour at Lani Kai on top of the hotel, starting at 4 pm, if you want more action and a fantabulous outdoor beach view while sitting in the 'moving' booths!! Also really enjoyed "Nervous Nellie" at the top of Fort Myers Beach - outdoor seating on the water, with heaters!"

  • Very nice stay in a lovely environment

"We stayed for two weeks in the lovely bay village and from the first moment we felt homelike. All things we needed were available. The equipment and the furnishing is perfect and very tidy. You can walk to the lovely beach in a few minutes. The appartment is located in a quiet area. The owners are very friendly and all the time responsive. We surely come back !!"
