"My granddaughter and I arrived May 7th and we are so glad we are staying for 2 weeks. I have come down annually to Fort Myers beach for the last 6 years and this is the first time I am staying on this end of the island. This unit is perfect and has the most expansive view of the Gulf and beautiful pool. The sunsets from our balcony are the best I have ever seen. The moon has been shining on the water every night and the lights from Sanibel and Capitiva in the background are breathtaking. The condo is clean and the kitchen seems new. It is more spacious than the pictures show. The bathroom is very large. I have not been able to get past the mangroves to walk the beach but I am told it I must be trying when the tide is up. I will keep trying. I have also met several people who live here and they are very friendly and welcoming."

  • Great place to stay and we will return

"This property is located on the quiet south end of the beach, about 5 miles south from the downtown Times Square area. I would have given our condo 5 stars except for the fact repairs were being done on building C and our balcony was locked and not available for use. Even though this was a big bummer Judy was sympathetic to our plight, you couldn't ask for a better condo owner!! When you go, definitely check out the Trolley. A three day pass is only $4.00 per person and makes travel to Time Square a breeze. Trolley's run about every 15-20 minutes and beats trying to find and pay for a place to park. If you like a quiet location with a beautiful beach this is the place for you! If you plan to do any cooking be advised that only salt and pepper are provided. This was a bit of a bummer and put a damper on our intent to cook a few meals in the condo. A small spice rack would be a great addition. Also be aware the swimming pool closes at 7:30. A couple nights we would have liked to hang out later but it wasn't a big deal. if you walk north on the beach there is a bar/restaurant called Pincher's located just a few properties away. It has an outside bar and is a great place for drink or two. Skye's cafe across the street in Santeni Plaza is a great place for an inexpensive breakfast and there is a deli in the same plaza that makes great sandwiches."

  • Beautiful view

"I spend a week at Bob's condo on Fort Myers Beach. I was very hesitant to travel alone (last minute my husband's work would not allow him to go). I had never been to Ft Myers beach before. Bob told me it was very safe and mentioned the beach trolley to get around. I had a very relaxing time. I hunted for seashells (lots and lots), I spend the day at Lover's Key (got there by beach trolley) and did some shopping at Times Square. The condo was just like the photos. I spend a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. The pool was not open during my stay, but that didn't matter to me, as long as the beach was there. I would love to come back with my hubby or a girlfriend next time. October was a great time to go, as it wasn't high season yet. Bob was super accommodating considering I booked last minute. Book this condo, you will be very happy you did."
