  • Great Location / Amazing Views / Well Equipped

"This condo was in the perfect location on the southern end of Ft Myers Beach. There is a small lagoon that forms between the shoreline and houses/condos that actually carries over into the dry season. Riviera Club is on the northern tip of this lagoon. This made getting to the beach so easy. If you stay any further south on the island you have to walk way around the lagoon to get to the beach. There are not many rental condo's that are located in the upper floors of buildings. You definitely want to stay here! We were able to sit on the balcony and watch dolphins out front. Those on the beach did not even see them in the water! The unit was very well equipped. Jeff has two bikes there for us to use, which we did. There is plenty of beach items to use - umbrella (you will want this!), floaties, etc. Also there is plenty of towels, kitchen items, washer/dryer in unit and such that made life so easy for us. There is also a pool and hot tub in this complex which is a great alternative. This unit is in a great location for both on-island activities and off-island fun. There is a small shopping center about 2 blocks away that has 5 different places to eat (two of which have bars) so the evening meal is within walking distance. If you want to go into town it is a short drive or trolley ride away. Off island (definitely use the south bridge) we made a day trip to the Everglades very easily. We found more things to do than we actually had time for! It is well worth it to rent a power boat and explore the mangroves; Lovers Key State Park has kayaks for rent - we saw baby dolphins and manatee during our venture; Sanibel Island and so much more. Here is a hint for extra fun: walk the beach at low tide. You will be amazed at the creatures that are only visible during low tide! As for those of you who are looking for those unique shells - this is a great beach for them. We found better shells on this beach than those on the famous Sanibel beaches. Please be respectful though and do not take live shells - yes there are lots of shells that are still being used by their owners! Finally, Jeff was great to work with. He was very responsive to my inquiries / questions."

  • Very Nice Owners - Great Place to Stay

"We stayed at Chuck and Judy's condo for two weeks. First, I have to say, they are one of the nicest and most understanding owners I have ever dealt with. The condo is very nice, roomy, and well equipped. Their were only four of us, but it is roomy enough for a family of six without any problem. We didn't want for anything - they even have a fan we could use. It was very convenient having a washer and dryer in the condo. The complex is in a safe, quiet area, located at the south end of Ft Myers Beach. The pool was never crowded. The beach is literally across the street - not a far walk - and a great place to watch the beautiful sunsets. I enjoyed the nice long walks on the south end of the beach shelling - even saw a manatee and horseshoe crabs. Our family enjoyed doing a dolphin tour via jet skis with Adventure Water Sports (www.adventure-watersports.com). Our guide was Todd, and he was awesome. We also have a tradition of eating at the Bubble Room, which is located on Captiva Island. It is a very unique restaurant, and the desserts are huge and delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend renting this condo. Thank you, Chuck and Judy, for sharing your condo with us."

  • Quiet Getaway

"This condo suited us perfectly, beautiful view of gulf and inlet. The fishing was excellent, caught snook, trout, jacks, and Spanish mackerel out front and by the bridge. Weather was excellent, saw dolphins and manatees. Condo well furnished, clean, even had nice beach chairs. Great condo for the price. Thanks Joe! Todd B, Indiana"

  • No complaints!

"We had a wonderful time in Bonita Beach. It is important to us where we stay and we have no complaints about this condo. It was very comfortable and so clean! It is the first time to rent a condo (and we have rented many) that I didn't have to rewash the floors. Everything was well done and all appliances worked beautifully. The beds are very comfortable. Plenty of towels and beach towels and things you might want at the beach which is just a few steps away from this unit. It was just lovely and so relaxing. If you don't feel like dealing with sand you can stay all day at the huge and well kept pool with ice machine to help with the heat. The grounds are beautifully kept also. Hated to leave."
