  • Perfect Place for Quiet Relaxing Vacation

"My college roommates and I spent a week at this beautiful home that is a stones throw to a beautiful beach that was never crowded. The home is updated, very clean, and has a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. We spent hours floating in the private pool after walking or sitting for a few hours on the beach. There is a great upscale fresh fish restaurant and an ocean front bar with casual food within walking distance of the home. We did take the Trolley to the pier once, but once was enough for the pier. I do wish there were a few more restaurants within walking distance, but the private pool and the location of the home to the beach outweighed that drawback. I would definitely stay here again. The owner Ann Marie was very helpful and is very hands on as far as managing the property."

  • Spring Break 2016

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice amenities, house is deceptively large, has nice open eating area that seats 15, kitchen is well equipped,Blender, mixer, cakepan, lobsterpot, coffeemaker, limited storage containers, and we added silverware, etc. Large side by side refrig with filtered water. House had been prepped when we arrived. Some (appeared unopened) food in refrig/freezer and pantry which we left. Used the grill 1 night and worked fine. Pool/spa heater was not working, but called the pool guy and he came the next morning and all good after that. The bikes were much appreciated, as it was about a 15+ minute walk to the beach. kitchen soap, etc was apprec, even though we brought our own. Washer and Dryer were handy for mid week clean up. limited dish TV choices and is the same channel in living room and mstr bedroom, WIFI worked fine. Big dogs on both sides barked at each other, but not bad. Nice and functional overall."

  • Amazing Beach House

"My husband and I stayed here last month and it was truly amazing. We rent a home on Ft. Myers Beach every year and Little Palm is our favorite so far. Great location, nicely decorated, brick patio "great for friends and family to gather around and watch the sunset. Small pets are welcome which our little Lambeau just loved staying here as well. The house has basically everything that you need from beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, bicycles, dishes, pots and pans and the list goes on. The only thing we wished it had was a gas grill but we still managed to cook all of our meals on the charcoal grill. We would definitely reserve this beach front home again! Thank You The Heider's Go Pack Go!"

  • Sunset Paradise-Second Time Around

"We booked the July 4th, 2016 week at this property back in July of 2015. Having spent a week there in the summer of 2014, we knew what was waiting for us and, at times, it seemed as though this year would never pass. I am happy to report that this year's experience was as terrific as expected. First of all, this house has a new genuine "summerlike" appearance with the new siding and blue roof. It really stands out when you view it from the beach. And, as for the amenities; they are still as advertised. Six adults and four grandkids made up our party and with the four bedrooms and private bath for each, everyone had plenty of space and privacy. It was immaculate when we arrived and the cleaning crew was arriving to ready it for the next set of guests as we departed. I counted 176 steps from the front porch across the sand beach to the edge of the Gulf of Mexico. The area has had some bad publicity as of late with regards to the Blue-Green Toxic alge but there was none to be found anywhere on the beach or even in Estero Bay behind the property. Several "locals" said that what little there was working it's way across the state was still a good distance away from Ft Myers and not expected to impact the area. The water was as warm, clear and inviting as ever. The kids spent hours in the pool. It was actually difficult to drag them away from the place to go sight seeing and the like. Sunsets haven't changed either - spectacular right over the water towards Sanibel Island. Only wish they could have lasted a bit longer each evening. We rented a pontoon boat on Estero Bay, took a boat tour out near Sanibel Island, ate out, cooked at the house both in the kitchen and on the outside grill, walked the beach, swam, went shelling; you name it. There are numerous restaurants on Ft Myers Beach itself and nearby - less than 15 minutes away in Bonita Springs. Your are maybe five minutes away from a fully stocked grocery store. Your parking at the house in plentiful-we had three cars-and off the road. It's difficult to even see the adjacent houses although they are steps away. All in all, our group of ten had a fabulous week. We will be back. We didn't want to leave. You won't want to either."
