  • WOW!

"We just today got back from a week here. Excellent. Amazing views, right on the beach, which we loved. Sunsets every night were spectacular. This rental is very spacious. We had another couple join us for a few days and there was plenty of room for everyone. Everything as far as dishes, pans, gadgets for the kitchen were included. So many rentals have what look like garage sale rejects in the kitchen, not here. The was even a wet stone to sharpen any dull knives. There were enough towels, beach towels, blankets, sheets, pillows and so on for an army. We didn't want to leave. Highly recommend. Ann, the agent is very easy to work with and helpful. Rent this place you won't be sorry. There's even an elevator!"

"My family stayed here for 8 nights, this home is well kept! Everything is clean and very comfortable. When you look around at the 2 other rentals in front and back this home looks the best on the outside as well. This is a very large home and has 3 air conditioners which made it wonderful for us to be on 2 different levels of the house. The house is equipped with tons of bath towels which is very nice. Having 4 full bathrooms we never had to wait on anyone to get out of one. Power went out on us 1 evening when a rain storm blew through and the house is equipped with emergency lights, this was quite impressive! You can see the owners care about their home and their guest! The pool is not a regular size pool, it only is 5' deep but we loved it especially me since I'm only 5' tall and my grandson was extremely confident in it. The walk through the nature preserve was a little intimidating at first but then we got used to it. It varies in water depth according to the tides. I recommend this house to anyone with a large group, you will never be on top of each other! The only recommendations I would make is to take out some of the bulky furniture downstairs and the house would be that much roomier! When we return to Fort Myers Beach we will definitely be looking to stay at this house again!!!"

  • Heaven!

"What a perfect getaway! The home is amazing and the view outstanding. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Jim, the caretaker of the house was accessible and great with suggestions for restaurants, grocery stores and sunset times. The house was spacious and immaculate. There is a great screen porch and deck when you come off the beach. There were plenty of towels and sand chairs. There is also a washer and dryer. It was very comfortable for 6 of us. We will be back!"

  • Peaceful and relaxing

"We stayed mid June and enjoyed a good location away from the centre of Fort Myers beach, but within a short tram or taxi ride to the main areas of the town. Facilities in the home were great, all mod cons are available and the home is clean and neat. The living area is comfortable and welcoming and due to some not so good weather, for the first time we had rented a home in Florida, we used it a lot and felt comfortable and cosy. The wrap around seating area outside is absolutely perfect for eating breakfast or reading a book and the views towards the bay are much better than the pictures portray. This made my holiday. When it began to thunder, all the birds flew over from the bay over the house and this was lovely. Squirrels run around outside the lanai and birds sit on the roof, so it's a nature lovers paradise here! Wi fi worked really well and was welcomed ( bad weather!!) and there are books in the case if you run out. Taxi service into town if needed, is efficient and very affordable, but if you want a 5 minute walk to see the sunset with a cocktail or beer, try the Outrigger tiki bar just across the main road at the end of the street. For eats, try Charley's boathouse right at the end of the street or Pincers crab shack which is around 10 minutes walk. Publix supermarket is a 5 minute car ride away and behind that is a great place to hire a boat for a day at the marina at a decent price. All in all a great stay and we had a lovely time."
